Where the Sea Meets the Sky

Melite crossed her arms, eyeing Arthur critically. "We need something that contrasts with his hair and eyes. Blue is too predictable. Silver might work, but it could wash him out."

"Something warm, then." Aleks suggested, shifting against the couch. "Gold or ivory, something light but not plain."

Seisyll nodded. "Ivory with gold embroidery. It'll stand out without being gaudy. Keeps it elegant, too."

Beli's voice echoed from the beastcore. "Deep crimson sash. It'll balance the look."

Melite's lips curled into a grin. "Oh, I like that. His hair's already red, but a darker shade, like garnet or wine, will make it look intentional."

Fedlimid clasped his hands together, pleased. "Ivory tunic, gold-threaded embroidery, fitted but breathable. Dark crimson sash. Well-tailored trousers, none of those baggy things the dockworkers wear."

Arthur exhaled sharply. "You're all acting like I'm being sent to seduce a queen."
