Synopsis

Prince Arthur Aethersworn of Tashran knows his place: powerless, caged by tradition, and haunted by his lack of magic in a family brimming with it. Under his father’s impassive yet critical eye, he’s forced into training for a throne he can never claim without true power.

Just as he’s about to resign to a bleak fate, a mysterious figure with ties to forbidden magic offers Arthur a choice: break free and seek the fabled Dragon's Eyes, or remain bound by royal duty. On this quest, he risks everything: his loyalties, family ties, and deepest beliefs. As he uncovers hidden powers, he faces powerful forces determined to prevent him from changing his destiny.

Embark on Arthur's journey, an adventure where casting aside one’s humanity becomes a path, not a barrier to untold power.

Wheeet, this novel's so goood! Arthur's an immediately interesting character and his position in his family's a hotbed for drama and interesting plotpoints. I kinda wish he stays as a non-mage, ruling over all the overpowered mages, but that's the author's choice. Looking forward for more :>

Wow! Just wow. Jumping into this story I honestly did not expect such good storytelling. The author has a way with words that brings the characters to life. None of the characters feel one dimensional or like a flat sheet of paper. Not to mention the grammar. Phew~ The grammar is good with this one, I have to say. The characters are well described and the conversions feel almost movie like. Like I could sit down in my head and imagine the scenes play out. The mc is also ver easy to like and his personality isn’t generic in anyway. Overall I had to give this a 5/5 stars. This is too good. The definition of a hidden gem.

I don't feel like giving it perfect 5 stars but I don't trust my critique. So, here we are, sharing my experience. I won't share anything about the story, just the nature and stuff I think the author needed to know from a reader. No sugarcoating from me. The text was messy. I can understand texts once in a while, but sometimes not. I need to read it again, and I think it is my fault at some point. However, I noticed that some of it was indeed messy by nature. The writing quality was good, at least best of the average. No outstanding prose once in a while. It depends on the author. But with the atmosphere of the novel, I think prose was needed to give readers a break. And to end this, author should put transitions more emphasized or just bring them to the attention of the readers. The scenes were short, which made the transition ugly. Chapters were long, but the amount of small scenes (emphasizing changes in every text) was not obvious.

I'm really enjoying the story so far it's not a fast progressing story, but it's not slow either. The author has in mind the environment in which he surrounds the main character. I hope you can continue the story

This is such a well thought of story. I'm honestly very impressed by the author's ability to give us a perfect description of the enviornments and the characters we are reading about, this author must have been writing for some time, this is really good.

A pretty fantastic read, got me hooked from the start with the interesting ways Arthur was using to remind himself that he was not gonna be like his father. The writing quality was awesome while the MC was described and told perfectly! I didn't feel bored or dull for even a minute. An extremely captivating book, couldn't help but add it to my library lol~ [img=update][img=update]

Long chapters + consistent releases?... simply amazing. The writing feels and flows very naturally and there's a lot of suspense and build up which I love. Poor Arthur is forced to go through so much that maybe you should consider tagging the novel as psychological, if that's an option. The only criticism I have is that sometimes it can get a little bit convoluted and you have to mentally piece bits of the scenes together, which I'm a lil too small-brained for TT. But overall it's an amazing novel with potential and even it made my heart ache sometimes, I enjoyed reading it so pleeeeeease keep writing. And congrats on finishing volume 1 [img=update] ~!

I was drawn to the story right from the beginning. The male looks fascinating; I believe the story will be adventure packed. Excellent work, author.

So, let's start with the writing. Shall we? The book quality is just amazing and the way the author uses his words takes us to another world... The character development for other PPL can be improved and I believe that the hints given about the world just makes it more interesting. 👀👀

So far, the story seems very well thought out. I enjoy the writing style, but I tend to gravitate toward books that don't use every day, simple language and sentence structure. The main character is gaining some depth, and I'm looking forward to find out out more about him, the plot, and the rest of the book's world.

The story is very interesting right from the beginning and the author seems very skilled in writing as well. Everything has been described so perfectly that you can easily follow the leads. I also liked the character personality. Although I wish if the language could be made slightly simpler since it's easy to follow but nevertheless it fits in perfectly considering the royal family background of plot. Nice work author! I hope you keep writing such wonderful stories 😃

So, let's first start with the writing quality, shall we? this writer knows how to write, he puts enough details, making you understand, and visualize what he's talking about. second, the charecters so far, haven't been developed much, aside from the main character, but if we can expect half the same with the others, then this story will be a great one for sure. finally, so far, we haven'l learned anything really about the world, but the hints dropped here and there, make me think this is a world that will be fun to explore. all I can say for now, is that, I 100% recommend giving it a shot, you've done good for now auther, continue on.

This story is just mind blowing. The first chapter pulls you right in. The plot and characters are something I can get behind. The author does an incredible work. It reminds me more of western style stories. The author has a really good grasp over the language and makes us resonate with the mc. The mc is quite relatable giving shounen-esque vibes. Though by no means is he a flat self-insert. Either way love the story, adding it to my collections. Best of luck author.
