22. The boss's warned

Sari started her activities as usual, even though it's been almost a month since Abra left her, but the wound in her heart seemed still wet and not getting better at all.

quite difficult.. for almost a month she pretended in front of her friends and customers, and she had to show a smile every day, even though her heart was very hurt and wanted to moan out all her sadness.

'why.. why should I feel this, why did you choose me if, in the end, it was me who had to be hurt like this,' groaned her, occasionally glancing at the faces of her three friends who were much luckier so they didn't feel the wounds like her.

"Sari.. just now the customer you handled yesterday called the boss and said to her you forgot to put the serum on her face yesterday?" Dita asked Sari from the cashier desk.

Sari was silent while holding the magazine in her hand, the magazine was indeed open but her eyes didn't show that she was reading it.

"Hey… Sari!" call from Dita, quite loud.

"Sari…. are you daydreaming?" Icha half screamed a little, patting her friend's shoulder who didn't hear Dita's words.

Sari woke up and turned to Ica and Dita "yes.. why?" she asked flatly.

"She spoke to you" Ica's words brought her lips to Dita's direction.

"Oh, why?" asked her with an innocent face.

"Yesterday there was a customer who complained a little about your performance, she said you forgot to put the serum on her face yesterday" Dita's answer sounded polite.

"Ah.. yes..yes.. geez, I forgot.." Her words stiffened.

"Yes... it was the boss who told me because the customer immediately called and reported to the boss," Dita explained.

Sari's eyes immediately widened and her mouth opened, "Wow… that's bad. I'm done," Sari grumbled. Patting her forehead.

"It can't be helped, we are just human, almost everyone has forgotten things," added Ica, trying to calm Sari.

"Well, you just explained to the boss what your reason is, she said the Boss will come here for a while?" Dita's words.

"Go and meditate.. come up with an excuse, first make up the most plausible reason, so that the boss won't be angry," said Icha, shaking her eyebrows.

"Hmm.. what will I say?" Sari was confused as to what reason she should give because it was her carelessness that she couldn't focus on. After all, she was thinking about Abra all the time.

Dizzy thinking about what she should say to Asya later, She was still pensive alone in the employee room.

Suddenly.

Check. Someone pulled the door knob.

"Sari.. !" Asya said slowly.

Swiftly Sari changed her lying position into a sitting position and smoothed her slightly unruly strands of hair.

"Yes, boss.." Sari was about to get up to stand up.

"Stay there, Sari!" Order from Asya.

Sari complied with Asya's wish, so she lay down again on the floor with the polka dot patterned carpet.

"You already know your mistake?" She asked Asya, still standing, folding her arms.

"Yes, boss.." Sari answered slowly while lowering her head.

"This time I understand, but I hope you don't do it again, especially with the subscribed customers!" Asya's words were a little cynical.

"Okay boss."

"I ask you to focus if you still feel at home working here because in the last few months your target has always been decreasing," Asya explained.

"Yes, boss." Sari's answer.

"Remember, if you have personal problems, please don't let them affect your work, give the best for this salon!" Asya's voice pressure.

Sari just silently bowed to hear the words of her boss, while Asya turned and closed the door leaving her inside.

annoyed.. maybe that's what Sari is feeling right now, when her heart was fragile there is a problem that adds to her irritation, and She is thinking about what she will do next.

Even though Sari's friends didn't hear what Asya said to her, the shame came naturally to the point where she was awkward and afraid to leave the room.

"Sari.. let's eat!" Wati's invitation opened the door suddenly.

Sari was shocked to hear Wati's voice and immediately looked at her friend when she felt embarrassed and awkward leaving the room but there was Wati who invited her. Indeed, of her three friends, only Wati is the most caring and close to her.

"Yeah, why not..." Sari said as she approached Wati.

"What happened to you? your face looks so sluggish?"

"Yeah.. because I didn't focus on work yesterday."

"That sound doesn't suit you?" Wati knows nothing at all.

"There was a customer who complained to me because I forgot to put the serum on her face," said Sari.

"Then…."

"Them I was given a warning from the boss," said Sari sadly.

"Poor you… be patient," Wati stroked Sari's shoulder.

"Yes.. thank you."

Wati nodded, smiling, "Let's just eat!" said, adding the egg to Sari's plate.

***"

"Huh..." Sari complained, tossing a small black bag in any direction in her room. she immediately plopped down on the bed, as if removing a very heavy burden.

"Because of you. I can't focus on work!" Sari grumbled as she faced the lamp embedded in the ceiling of the room.

During her work she has never made a mistake like this, this is not a big mistake but why is her heart so sad when she remembers when Asya spoke sarcastically to her this afternoon.

"Why is my heart so irritated, even though she spoke naturally this afternoon?" She asked as she tilted her body and grabbed the body of the pillow for her to hug.

Why does her feeling of irritation go away when she imagines the face of Asya, her boss who is also the older sister of Abra, the man she loved so much before.

"Because of her, Abra left me." Sari's gaze was sharp as if she was looking at someone she hated.

Sari knows why her heart is lazy when she remembers Asya's face. Yes.. because it was Asya who told Abra to leave this city and go abroad, even though Sari's relationship was in a very good condition.

Because of Asya too, She has to have a cat-and-mouse relationship.

"Could it be that she already knew that I was dating her younger brother?" She asked herself, staring at this white wall.

Sari thinks it was possible that her boss finds out about her relationship with Abra and purposely told Abraham to leave her so their relationship cannot grow.

Sari got up from her sleep and stroked her forehead, to relax her brain a little, and then reached for her favorite round mirror.

"Am I that bad?" She asked, annoyed at the mirror.

she continued to probe every inch of his face, stroking her beautiful black hair. She saw her smooth white face, a nose that wasn't too sharp and not too snug and she stroked light pink lips that were a little thin but still charming.

"aren't my face too bad," she reassured herself.

Prank.

She threw the round mirror on the floor, luckily the mirror didn't break and she lay back down on the bed.

"This is how it is.. the fate of ordinary people, it is not appropriate to be side by side with rich men," said her gloomy.

.It's not as usual when after work Sari rushes to clean up and tidy up her room, but this time she left her things lying everywhere, even the work uniform that had been stuck to her body since this morning, she let it cover her body.

.it seems that Sari's confusion has been stirred up again, so she doesn't care about her current state.

"Just watch out if it's true that he intentionally told Abra to leave because he knew about our relationship, it sucks!!" Snorted Sari gritted her teeth.
