Chapter 50 The Final Battle at the tournament

"You did it goku. You won." kurullin said as he runs towards goku.

"Incredible. He will definitely win now"

"That was so cool"

"He is so strong."

Audiences started to praise and cheer goku for his achievements.

"Wow, he is really strong. I don't think I will stand a chance against him." Yamcha said.

"Hmmm. He really has improved. But can he defeat that guy? It's hard to tell."

Master roshi said.

Master Roshi then saw Nam who congratulated goku and went backstage.

He followed him as he decided to help out with the problem that he was having.

"Going home? Aren't you going to watch the final battle?" master roshi called out.

"Ah yes. I don't have time to waste. By the way who are you my friend" Nam asked.

Since master roshi removed his disguise Nam didn't remember him so he asked.

"I am mutan roshi. " he introduced himself.

"Mutan roshi? The martial artist. " Nam was shocked that such a legendary figure is in front of him.

"Here." he handed Nam something in his hand.

"This is?" Nam was shocked.

"A hoi poi capsule. But there is nothing inside." master roshi said.

"However if you fill it up with water..."

"How how do you know about this?" Nam was shocked.

"I am mutan roshi looking into people's minds is like a child play to me"

He said.

"I am sorry. Unfortunately as embarrassing as it is, I don't possess enough money to fill out this with water."

"Hoh. Around these parts, water is so abundant that you are allowed to take as much as you want to for free. Look there is a well over there" he said as he pointed to a well.

"Ah..." Nam was shocked he didn't know whether he should be happy or sad.

On the one hand, he achieved his goal of getting water but on the other hand from the beginning he was fighting for nothing.

"And now. The final battle between son goku and white will take place. Constants please come towards the stage."

"Alright. If you excuse me I have to go see my students on the stage." Master roshi said as he went towards the place where he can see the fight.

Back on the stage.

"Will the strongest under the heavens will be son goku or white. Both fighters have shown that they belong on the stage and let us find out who is the stronger one at best." the announcer was hyping up the crowd.

"It is now for the final match to begin"

"You are strong. I am getting excited " goku said as he took his battle stance.

"Show me you are more than talks." white said as he imitated Goku's stance.

"Begin" with the announcement both fighters run toward each other at an insane speed.

"Hyaa" white was able to land a blow to the chin launching goku flying into the air.

Although it seems like it was going to be out of bounds but goku was able to use his tail as some sort of a helicopter propeller to descend from the sky breaking his fall.

"So you can use your tail for that" white said as he was somehow impressed.

"Haaaa. Rocks," goku yelled out as he went for a punch.

White misdirected it very easily.

"Paper" he tries for a push but white didn't move an inch.

"And scissors"

He said as he went in for a poke.

"No pokes allowed little boy" white caught his hands and delivered a stomach blow to goku.

"Now time for a counterattack."

As soon as goku heard it he tried to break free from white's grab but he was too late.

"First comes rock" white said as he gathered some of his ki and punches goku in the face.

"And paper "

As he let go he used his ki create from his palm to send goku flying.

"And scissors, " he said as he gathered his energy on his two fingers creating some sort of a small ki knife.

But he was caught off guard as goku used a Kamehameha wave mid-air to attack him.

"Take that" goku said.

"Why oh why everyone is using that attack." white said. He was pissed off. He was already hurt by the same attack in his last match but again, he was not having any of that.

"Ka.....me...ha...me...haaaa" he returned his version of the infamous attack. As a prodigy, he was able to use and mimick all the attacks just by seeing once so using the Kamehameha wave is nothing special to him.

However, as he was not proficient in using the attack just yet his attack lacks the power instead of being faster than a regular blue Kamehameha wave.

The grey version of Kamehameha was launched toward Goku's direction in mid-air.

With nowhere to dodge as he was in mid-air, goku was hit head-on by the attack.

Goku was launched into the air and hit directly by his attack. White was confident that he have won.

And white knew that now there is no way he could recover as he lies on the stage with his eyes closed.

"Oh no. This is not happening. Not again " bulma said as she saw Goku who was launched into the air become hairier and hairier by a second.

His face shifted into that of a monkey as his body grew. Under the full moon, goku has finally become a great ape.

"White get out of there or else you are going to be crushed to death" bulma yelled out.

"What the? What is that?" white said as he saw the great ape.

This is because during a brief moment Goku was launched upwards and gazed up at the moon for a few seconds. Which accumulated enough Blutz Waves to transform into a great ape.

But unfortunately, white also saw the moon as he looked up at the great ape as he started to go on a transformation.

Both of them quickly lost their consciousness. They clashed in their great ape stage but not long after they lost their rationality, then finally woke up the next morning lying naked next to each other.

The arena was destroyed.

White opened his eyes. The sun was already up. Everything was in shambles.

"Ah, you are awake." bulma said.

White also saw kurullin, Yamcha and master roshi standing near him and goku.

Goku still has woken up yet.

"Ahhh. What happened?" white asked.

"Both of you turned into giant monkeys and started fighting each other. The tournament was called off and everybody went home" bulma said.

"I mean goku in that form was already hard to stabilize so when both of you are fighting we sort of have to sit out and let you run out of energy first instead of trying to cut off your tail," Yamcha said.

"My tail?" white was worried as he grabbed his own butt. Luckily for him, it was still there.

"Ahahaha. " he started laughing. He could not believe that he lost control of himself and wreaked havoc. But he knows that if he managed to control the power that they said he possess he knows being the strongest in the world is not a far-fetched dream.
