"She can't even satisfy me with her mouth."

Jada stiffen when she heard her boyfriend say that. She wanted to cry but the closet was too suffocating, that even her tears won’t come out. When the room became silent, she peeked to see what Lyken is doing with the woman he brought home. Fortunately, they seem to be sleeping already. Jada slowly crept out of the closet and made a run for the door. She went out as fast as she could. Out of his condo. Out of his life.

She was a fool the first time she forgave him for cheating on her. Stupid when she forgave him the second time. Now Lyken strikes three and Jada decided to let go of him, for good. That way, he can do anything and everything he wants, without hurting anyone. Without hurting her.

She Was Tamed

I went straight to Jada’s unit after my last meeting, it was already past six in the evening. After everything that’s happened, I still want to talk to her, calmly. 


I want us to talk about everything without raising our voices, without mocking or insulting one another. But when I got there, I was welcomed by the note Jada left for the group. 


‘Europe bound. See you when I see you.’ 


Honey handed the note to me as soon as I arrived. Jada even added a kiss mark to it. they said they only saw the note when they woke up. 


I didn’t know that they stayed for the night. Regardless, not one of them noticed when Jada left. No one knew she was leaving the next day, she didn’t tell anyone. 


"Ly…" Ada called as he hands me a cup of coffee. 


“Thank you,” I muttered, my eyes still glued on Jada’s note. “When is she coming back?” I asked no one in specific.
