Chapter 38

Jada’s nowhere to be seen when I came back. I left them for almost an hour because I had a hard time mediating between Josefin and her fiancé, Emil.

“Dude, can you go fetch Jada? She won’t listen, she’s already wasted,” Robin told me as soon as my butt touched the couch.

I looked at the dancefloor, scanning the crowd to find the person I’m looking for. There I saw her with Bambi and Jada.

I leaned closer to get a better look and I felt like all the blood in my body rushed to my head. She’s dancing with a guy I’m not familiar with. I don’t even know if she knows the man.

One hand’s on the man’s neck while the other one holds a bottle of vodka. I shook my head in disbelief. ‘What is going on with her?’

I don’t know if I should go to her. I don’t even know what I will do to get her off of the dancefloor. I glanced at Kobe and he too looked worried.

“Go ahead man, she’s been drinking for a while,” Kobe urged so I have no choice but to stand up and go to her.
