"She can't even satisfy me with her mouth."

Jada stiffen when she heard her boyfriend say that. She wanted to cry but the closet was too suffocating, that even her tears won’t come out. When the room became silent, she peeked to see what Lyken is doing with the woman he brought home. Fortunately, they seem to be sleeping already. Jada slowly crept out of the closet and made a run for the door. She went out as fast as she could. Out of his condo. Out of his life.

She was a fool the first time she forgave him for cheating on her. Stupid when she forgave him the second time. Now Lyken strikes three and Jada decided to let go of him, for good. That way, he can do anything and everything he wants, without hurting anyone. Without hurting her.

She Was Tamed

I glanced sideward and noticed that her mood has gotten lighter. “We’re close, don’t worry! Are you hungry too?” 


She looked at me as she nods, then she shifted her position to lean her head on my shoulder. My heart leaped. She’s really very unpredictable. 


She was fuming mad earlier and now she’s sweet all of a sudden. Despite the mood swings, I still love her and won’t trade her for anything in the world. 


I lightly kissed her forehead and she returned it with a peck on my cheek. I broke into a smile. I really love this side of her. 


After a while, I’m already seeing the restaurant’s signage. That’s where our friends and parents are waiting for us. 


My smile widen but my anxiety heightened. I even steal a sigh as I stop near the parking lot. “Are we here?” she asked and I nodded as I turn off the engine and take my seatbelt off.
