Do you ever feel like you are on edge sometimes, like something worse going to happen again Cuz everything already going wrong, and you feel like drowning and maybe a lot nervous? Well, this issue is with everyone, not only teenagers but of other ages people. Everyone gets anxious and nervous at some point in their own life, and everyone gets depressed and stressed, or maybe, It is just some people get well soon while others get trapped. We all have highs and lows in our lives. Everyone gets stressed daily, and people get hurt too, But just like everything, anxiety, depression, and stress are not the same.
Anxiety is the mind and body's reaction to stressful, dangerous, or unfamiliar situations. It's the sense of uneasiness, distress, or dread before a significant event. A certain level of anxiety helps us stay alert and aware, but for those suffering from an anxiety disorder, it feels far from ordinary - it can be completely debilitating. You might be assuming Oh no! I also have anxiety. Yeah, You have. You might feel nervous and panic before any event, but if you calm down after getting adjusted. You don't have any anxiety disorder. Experiencing occasional anxiety is a normal part of life. However, people with anxiety disorders frequently have intense, excessive, persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. Often, anxiety disorders involve repeated episodes of sudden feelings of anxiety and fear or terror that reach a peak within minutes (panic attacks). Common anxiety symptoms include Trembling, increased breathing rate and heart rate, sweating, and experiencing a sign of impending danger and panic.
If a person is depressed, Then symptoms must be frustration, sadness, worthlessness, irritability, loss of interest in daily activities, thoughts of suicide or death, tiredness, and disturbance in sleep and appetite. Stress is pretty simple, and everyone knows about it pretty well. Having anxiety and depression are awful. Excessive worrying, difficulty sleeping or maybe oversleeping, difficulty focusing, concentrating, or making decisions, restlessness, Frustration, Physical pains and aches, also digestive problems can happen in depression and anxiety. I think I have told you pretty much about what's anxiety and depression.
Well, it's up to you how you want to treat it. Else seek help or die, the choice is up to you but one thing you need to know is that after you die, it's going to get complicated for those who loved you. Well, I have anxiety and depression. I can say I am a survivor, or I can say that I am still trying my best to fight with myself. If you want to know the most tiring and exhausting fight, it's with ourselves.
Mental health gets worse with time. It's not like you got depression or anxiety just in one day. It takes years and years, and then it all builds in you slowly. Everything takes time. Problems arise with time. We can make them right with time also. If you ever feel sorry for who you are, then let me tell you that,
"Hey, you are amazing, and be the person you want to be. If you don't even know what type of person you want to be, If you don't know where your heart wants to take you, it's fine. Just take a deep breath and take some time. Accepting yourselves. I know it's hard. I know you can't just accept yourself but still take enough time and work on yourself, Accept yourself."
I mostly got breakdowns when I had depression only. With all the lies and cries, everything was worse. It always made me feel like No one cared for me because no one listened to my crying. I felt like I had no one. We all want that, other people can get what we are going through without telling them. How is this even possible when you fake your smile when you don't even want to talk about the tough stuff when you only want to isolate yourself? Everyone is suffering, not only you. They all cry and pretend to be okay, not only you. Try to talk if you want someone to help you. If you need help, go to someone and tell them about the tough things. Seeking help is not easy. It takes effort, but asking someone to help doesn't make you annoying, stupid, or weird.
