Ever since childhood Dou Zi has hated the idea of having a mate, even though most people don't get to meet their soulmate.

But for a beta who has no hormones Dou zi disagrees with the idea of fated mate, he believes that love should happen naturally and shouldn't be forced. the idea of fated pair to Dou zi sounds like a fairy tail with no happy ending. being in a relationship with a totally stranger just because it’s their destiny, and what if the destiny or prophesy is wrong???? the idea of a soulmate is that person will be attracted to you regardless of who you are, the moment you meet, the feeling is like you are made for each other but our little Dou zi just doesn't agree with such principle 

Dou zi, is not an average looking man, despite being a beta, he has feminine looks with green eyes, golden coily hair and a cute baby face, unlike his best friend whom he always has this argument with,  his super quiet childhood friend Fu Lanziz (Lanz), though the alpha may look like he is little Dou's best friend but he is hiding alot of secrets.

Lanzi wants to meet his soulmate some day, he believed that, having a soulmate is the only way a couple can stay without betrayal, his father left them when he was little when he met his soulmate, leaving Lanzi and his mother behind, despite the love his father shows towards his family, he form another because of a bond that can't be broken, so in order for him not to feel betrayed again he wants to marry his fated pair so they will never be apart.


But then what happens when the two are asked to be married to save Dou Zi's family company......, or what will Lanz do when he found out that Dou is not a beta but an omega and not just any but his, just a night before their wedding????

the two walked in last into the room, on the table was a board and on it were there was pictures of suspects with some written files and some cut pieces of articles, but what surprised Dou zi was not the fact that the third in command was in for the betrayal of the gang, it was not a surprise since he hated the fact that Dou zi took his place as the second in command, but what the hell was Shan doing in the picture with Mr Snake,


Dou zi was trembling gripping his fits tightly his nails digging their way into his soft fair palm, he bite his lower lips as he look at the picture pinned on the board, Shan was obviously having a discussion with Mr Snake from the picture and there was no sign of any hostility between them, Dz couldn't understand what was happening, does this mean that he is surrounded by moles, his current most trusted friend is actually betraying him behind his back, but why was he so motivated and willing to help with his revenge, he offered to help, but was it all to get close to me, 


Dz couldn't help thinking that anytime there is a major attack from Snake, Shan was never present, 


Lanz noticed that Dz was lost thoughts, to the point that his palm is starting to bleed, he touched him hands gently to calm him down, Dz was startled by the touch and decided to remain composed 


he looked at the board and ask; so does this have any connection with the drugs found?


the two men replied saying that they found the culprit how ever it wasn't Shan but another gang member, whom Dz doesn't seem familiar with, now with all this evidence his men will be let out of custody after taking drug tests.


outside his balcony Dou Zi went out to take some fresh air, who couldn't help but wonder if any one is trust worthy around him, right now he feel betrayed again by another friend, he was lost in thought until he felt a sting pain on his fingers did he realise that the cigarette has burn to his fingers, he put it out on the Ash Tray and lit up another one, he was standing outside in the cold of winter with a coat yet he himself didn't realise it was cold. suddenly he felt warm he turned only to be face to face with Lanzi, the alpha had a amused look on his face then said; "never thought you actually smoke"


Dou zi was standing right in front of the alpha he then replied with hate in his voice; what is it to you, its none of your business.


the alpha was not hurt afterall he expected worse come back.


Dou zi looked straight into his eyes; why are you even helping me, you think that will make up for what you did??


Lanz looked back at the omega who looks so hurt, he could guess what Dz is thinking at that moment, but deep within him he knows that Shan could never betray him, but he doesn't know how to tell Dz that, but for now he will only reply the question asked.


"we have been friends since we were seven, you should know by now that I don't like to owe favors, you saved me the last time, so now we are even.


Dou Zi smirked, even you say, well I thank you for saving me this time, after saying that he removed the coat he was wearing and placed it on the alpha's shoulder; "don't me to quick to put a coat on me, or your lover might actually get jealous".


patting the alpha's shoulder Dz turn around to enter the house, now that his men are out he can finally focus on work, his new cooperation is working smoothly however, there is a lot of work to be done regarding his father's company, there are so much money embezzlement and so much employees he needs to confront.


Lanz was left outside smiling, while wondering if Dz has forgotten that he never had any lover, or the fact that they are legally married, perhaps the omega forgot that they were married on paper before they even set date for their white wedding, Dz might reject him now but he has so many ways to trap him.
