I knew I should have held it in. No matter how jealous, and aggravated I was, threatening Blake should never have happened, but I couldn't restrain myself nor could I stop my wolf from taking control.

With the way Valerie was looking at me at the moment, I knew I had scared her to the bone. The fear in her eyes was evident, it was the same as Blake and Lydia.

This time, I knew I had definitely ignited the fear in her.

"Valerie"  I called out, trying to reach for her but she backed away. My heart clenched with her action, and my courage slowly waned. Don't turn away from me, please.

She was scared, I knew she was, and her terrified face almost made me lose my previous anger, and I felt my wolf slowly withdrawing.

"Look at me, Valerie," I said again after I could get hold of myself, but she still didn't look at me. Why!
