Noel looked at the fiery heart and extended his hand. Ardagan's Spirit Mark shone on the back of his palm and began to absorb the flame on the heart.

There was no need for Noel to consume the heart since all he needed was the energy coming from the heart. It was the demon's purest flame.

Just like how Heisk absorbed the energy from the Ice Crystal, Ardagan did it in the same way. The abilities were immediately transferred to him through the system.
