The Mysterious Evolution

"There is a way to stay alive but a risky one…would you like to—"

"Yes, whatever it is, I will try." Khalid replied even before I could complete my sentence.

"You are safe for now. And we have to act very quickly. Make contact with someone who can replace the responsibility of X, so that we can leave from here."

"Can you tell me what's your plan?"

"Not now. Do as I say. I will tell you later but stay calm and act normal. Stay on alert and never leave my sight so I could keep you under surveillance. I will do my best to ensure your safety."
