The Mysterious Evolution

When I returned back to the room both were looking at me with curiosity…

Ignoring their eyes I took a seat.

"Bo…Rose, aren't you feeling uncomfortable by sleeping in a chair? How could you fall asleep in such a difficult position?"

"I'm good. Is he okay?" I raised my brows to Khalid while denoting X. X was looking at me blankly.

"He is hell more than okay. Before, a doctor arrived and announced he got rid of poison and asked how the impossible happened. He answered what you said before. After that he was so excited that he told everyone that he was fine. He is non stop making calls. Seeing you awake he is speechless. Boss, what other surprise are you going to give me? What can't you do?...You are my idol. I am proud to work for you." Khalid closed the distance and whispered. But at least he maintained a few centimeters distance.
