Wano Country, Onigashima.
This was the stronghold of Kaido, the King of Beasts. Deep within a cavernous hall, Kaido sat drinking when one of his subordinates rushed in with an urgent report.
"What?" Kaido's voice boomed, his brows furrowing.
"That bastard Lucas not only set foot in our territory, but he also killed Jack!" the subordinate blurted out, his voice trembling.
Kaido's expression darkened instantly. With a furious roar, he hurled the massive gourd of sake in his hand, smashing it against the ground with a deafening crash. "He's courting death!"
Rising to his full height, Kaido grabbed his spiked kanabo and stormed out of the cave, his presence exuding pure menace.
Just as he emerged, one of the Three Disasters, King the Wildfire, appeared before him and spoke gravely, "Brother Kaido! According to the reports from our airborne scouts, Lucas didn't come alone."
Kaido narrowed his eyes. "Did he bring an army?"
King nodded. "Yes. Since he possesses the Float-Float Fruit once wielded by the legendary Golden Lion Shiki, he has the power to turn entire islands into flying fortresses. Our intelligence suggests he used a floating island to transport the elite forces of the Whitebeard Pirates to Wano."
For a moment, Kaido was silent. Then, a deep, guttural laugh rumbled from his chest before erupting into full-blown laughter. " Worororo! Perfect, gather our forces—we'll give this so-called new Emperor a proper welcome!" His grin twisted into a snarl. "If it weren't for that meddlesome Red-Haired Shanks constantly interfering, I would've seized Whitebeard's former territories long ago."
Meanwhile, unknown to the Beasts Pirates, spies hidden within their ranks had already relayed the news to the World Government.
Red Line, Mary Geoise.
In the hallowed chambers of power, the Five Elders convened, their expressions grim as they reviewed the latest intelligence.
Saint Topman Warcury-Saint Topman Warcury, notorious for his temper, slammed his hand on the table. "That damn Lucas has been nothing but trouble since the day he appeared!"
The World Government had already taken note of the disappearance of Fish-Man Island—and worse, they knew exactly where it had gone. The entire island had pledged allegiance to Lucas.
For centuries, Fish-Man Island had served as little more than a subservient vassal to the World Government, offering tributes in exchange for hollow promises of protection. They were treated with the same indifference as a discarded pawn.
Yet now, much like a scorned aristocrat who cares little for a former admirer—until another man steals her away—the World Government found itself furious at the loss of control.
The blond-haired elder-Saint Shepherd Ju Peter spoke in a measured tone, "The Seraphim project, meant to replace the Seven Warlords, has yet to be completed. The last thing we need right now is widespread chaos."
The elder wielding a long sword-Saint Ethanbaron V, Nusjuro suggested, "Our influence in the New World is limited. Preventing a war between Lucas and Kaido directly will be difficult. Instead, why not let Red-Haired Shanks handle it?"
The bearded elder-Saint Jaygarica Saturn nodded. "An excellent idea. Shanks has always been devoted to maintaining balance on the seas. Even if we don't ask him, he'll likely intervene once he hears of this impending conflict."
A smirk tugged at the corner of the Longhaired elder's Saint Marcus Mars lips. "Then let's make sure he hears about it. Send word to Red-Haired Shanks. Let him see this as a gesture of goodwill on our part."
Wano Country, Kuri.
In the village of Amigasa, Kin'emon, alongside Momonosuke, followed Lucas with anxious hearts. Awaiting them were Marco, Izo, and other familiar faces, including the esteemed Tenguyama Hitetsu.
"Elder brother…"
"Younger brother…"
The reunion between Izo and Kikunojo, two cross-dressing samurai, was so dramatic that those unfamiliar with their relationship turned red with secondhand embarrassment.
After an emotional heart-to-heart, Kin'emon and the other time-travelers fully grasped the situation. They learned of Lucas's immense strength, his standing as a rival to Kaido, and most importantly, his commitment to helping Wano reclaim its sovereignty.
Tears welled in Raizo's eyes as he looked at Momonosuke. "Lord Momonosuke, the time has come. You will soon restore Wano and fulfill Lord Oden's dream!"
Momonosuke, swept up in the excitement, practically glowed with joy at the prospect of reclaiming his birthright. Overcome with emotion, his childish nature surfaced as he immediately began flirting with several young women from the village.
In the Chat Group.
Pirate King Roger: "..."
Pirate King Roger: "I take back what I said before. We should just kill this brat. Keeping him alive is an insult to Oden."
Sword God Ryuma: "He's still a child. He hasn't become shogun yet, nor does he have the ability to do anything. This is the perfect time to eliminate him before he turns into a problem."
First Hokage, Senju Hashirama: "But if he dies, who will inherit the position of shogun?"
Sword God Ryuma: "Do you actually care about that?"
Lucas: "Of course I care! But let's talk about something else for a moment. Hashirama Senju—who was literally invincible in his world, capable of single-handedly crushing every shinobi alive—chose not to unify the ninja world. Instead, he set up a system where ninja villages bowed to a daimyo. Surprised?"
Golden Lion Shiki: "This is more than a surprise. It's a shock! @Senju Hashirama, are you out of your mind? If I had that level of power, I would've conquered the world ages ago!"
