The Group’s Decision (2)

"I will leave you and Robus alone while I will travel the main continent on my own," Vera spoke after thinking long and hard about it.

"I believe the humanoid demons' case is more complicated than it seems, and only looking at one of their bases wouldn't be enough to figure this out."

"You and Robus should focus on learning how to survive and get stronger in the main continent while I would spend that time trying to figure out what had actually happened here."

'But what was most important is that you learn more about the humanoid demons and demons in general.' Vera kept this thought to herself, not voicing it out.

She had been thinking quite a lot about it. And she knew that although Blake had a level of intelligence that far surpassed the humanoid demons in the first realm and he would even be able to study their behavior as if studying an animal's, Vera knew that there must be some things that he hadn't grasped yet about how the demon society worked in general.
