I glance at him. "Yeah?"
"We're still friends right?" He asked seriously.
I take a sharp breath and nodded slowly.
"Yeah." I answered.
He smiled happily. "Even though I don't have a chance with you, I still want you as a close friend Thea."
I couldn't help but smile at him. "Thank you Sebastian. I was really worried about you after what happened last night. I know you're mad. I thought you were gonna avoid me and curse me for the rest of your life but--"
"I can't be that mean." He cuts me off.
He shakes his head and smiled at me. "I'm cool. We're adults. We're not kids anymore. I respect your decision. Yeah, it hurt me... but I'm still here for you when you need someone."
I kept smiling. "Now I'm at ease. Thank you. Thank you so much for understanding."
He smiled tight-lipped. "No worries."
"How's your foot?" He asked while looking at it.
"It's fine. It doesn't hurt much anymore."
