CHAPTER 33: On The Move

  Ezra’s Point Of View.

I HAD BEEN staring at myself in the mirror for the past hour, not in admiration but in pure anxiety. I was so stressed out. My lips are dry. My skin is as pale as alabaster. I lack sleep, so the black circles under my eyes are visible enough to be noticed by anyone.

Aside from the changes in my appearance, I also can’t think with a clear head and I can’t concentrate on a certain thing. I was unable to cope with mental and emotional pressure, as if a rope was tied around my neck, making me stifle and breathless. I also had eaten no food for several days and was locked up here inside my room.

What Raiko and I talked about yesterday is bugging my mind. There seemed to be something really strange about him. I wanted to discover what it is, so I’ll be doing the move.

I immediately headed to the bathroom in my room. I took a bath and got dressed. Moments later, I heard someone coming into the room and making a scene.
