A month later.

Bryan woke up from the bed drowsy wiping off the drool that had dried up on his cheek. Surely he did sleep soundly the whole night, forgetting he had something more important to do.

"Aaargh gosh!"

The Daylight was so bright as he pulled the curtain open, forcing him to rub his swollen eyes which had bits of whitish mucus too. 'How comes the sun is already so high?' Bryan reached back to check the time from his new Samsung A1x Galaxy he did buy a month ago.

"10:34 am! Am going to be late!"

Pulling off his pants with a flourish, he rushed his way to the frog kingdom. 'Ooooow!' The cold water running from the shower drizzled down his back.

"The shower has not been fixed!" He remembered he had requested a plumber to fix the heater in it the day before yesterday.

This was not cool at all. But he had to wash the sweat off his muscular surface.

Some minutes later Bryan was all done and downstairs, ready to leave for Moonsun Co, Isiolo.

"Hao!" His deep voice echoed in the house as he took a quick sip of his favourite drink, Alvaro.

"Yes sir." Hal Ge who had been outside patiently waiting for his lord came into the house.

"Why didn't you wake me up this morning?" Bryan questioned as Hao Ge came panting in.

"You told me not to wake you up." Hao Ge honestly replied.

"But you should have called me today!?" Bryan did remember he had warned Hao Ge, his now private bodyguard, never to wake him up in the morning. This was due to Hao Ge's previous behaviour.

"Hey! You told me no matter what! I shouldn't disturb you ever." Hao Ge squabbled.

"Ok. Is it my fault then? But next time don't let me oversleep" Bryan finished off his Alvaro can and walked past Hao Ge. "Let's leave. I'm late."

His hair was still damp after a quick shower and his collar was too unneat.

"Let's get going."

That was all he said as he tidied himself in the car, tucking and straightening his clothes, damn! He even had a brush he used in the car!

It had been a month now after the tragedy at Houston's. Bryan sat back and lost himself in thoughts as he remembered all that had happened back then.

Being the new official CEO of Moonsun Co, lateness was not a big deal.

"Bryan? I'm going to pick Mae up by lunch." Hao Ge informed him.

"Isn't she going back to Memphis?"

"Xue Yi said she will travel back with her after the Moonsun project exhibition next week."

'That's better.' Bryan remained silent as he smiled inwardly. At least he got a few more days to spend with his lover.

"Should I come over with her to the company over lunchtime?"

"Yeah please do. But I don't want you to keep leaving me. What if someone sends an assassin after you leave?" Bryan brought it up.

Lately, after he did been made the CEO, he had adjusted the security and most operations of the Moonsun.

"It won't be easy for anyone to harm you once you are in your office." Hao Ge lightened him up.

"Please don't be gone for long," Bryan said with a sigh as they pulled up the driveway and into the Moonsun lot.

*****

As Hao Ge escorted his new boss to the office, he couldn't avoid listening to the side talks he heard daily.

"That boy is the CEO?!"

"I heard he is a maniac!"

"Shush! Silence! He is Bryan the son of the late Gindi."

"Bryan... " Hao Ge followed closely. It had all happened miraculously after getting out of the hospital. Everything about Bryan was just like pure luck. Yes! He was the son of the late Gindi, a multi-billionaire well-known over the globe.

But who would have thought he did become the CEO of a network and technology company after being humiliated?

Abi had long reported and now she stood by the door, with a stack of papers in her hand as she pulled up a smile for her husband-to-be.

"Hi, babe?" Bryan met and embraced himself in her, Pulling her close as he felt her Mellons press on his chest. He never got bored of this, it had in turn turned out to be a habit, sneaking his way to Abi and hugging her from behind.

What more? I'm the CEO and your employer.

"Yes?" Abi wrapped her free hand around his lower midriff, feeling his bump upon her belly. 'This guy will always be excited!' She smiled at the thought as an erection answered.

"Umm... I will see you later. I got something to do at the moment." Bryan unwillingly let her go as he felt himself losing his control in public.

"Ok honey."

"I love you, babe," Bryan replied smoothly as he walked away.

'This guy is so charming.' Abi smiled at his back as she opened the door to her workroom.

The problem was that he loved Mae more than he loved her, 'I want him for myself, I can't let Mae have him all-day round.' Abi planned her moves as she filed the papers losing herself in the ebb.

"Be back before lunch break." Bryan who had long been seated in his office told Hao Ge. He missed Mae more than ever at this moment. 'One day I will have to decide who is who.'

Abi having agreed to share him with Mae, dared to bring Mae over for lunch. 'I hope Mae won't bring a fuss.'

The time ticked and soon it was all but lunch.

He remembered the day Erick had deceived him. All he had gone through in the past. But it was time now to show the world who is, the one.

His story was not like Alladin's, in the movie who flew into greatness after acquiring a lamp possessed by a genie. He had endured pain and loneliness for over twenty-five years and gone through situations that made him mad and at one point completely mad.

Thanks to Thomas who had helped him to fight for his rights, and avenge his parent's death. Harrison is behind bars for murder and treason, and Erick is on the search. He had a lot to mind.

Maybe I should talk with Xue Yi? Bryan kept thinking over it. He had a missing grandmother and a maid. No one knew the whereabouts, not even Hao Ge.

Is the time I become a real Gindi! Bryan looked around. Sure, he had elevated to such significance in the community, but what of himself?

'Maybe I should cease depending on the search team for help.'

All this while Bryan tried to concentrate but working was made hard, holding meetings and being the pole of such a company was not easy.

"Hello, Aunt?" He went for the tele and contacted Xie Yu instead.

"Yes, dear?" Xie Yu sounded lively. For years she too had wondered who was the real man behind Moonsun. Only after the eradication of the Houston had the man been found. No other but the silent boy dating her niece.

"I need you to take complete charge of the company from now till I am back." Bryan went straight to his point avoiding formalities.

"Oh! What's wrong?" Xie Yu sounded frightened instead.

"Nothing much. Just need to rest a bit. The doctor advised me to take rest for a while. My condition ain't bit good." Bryan ran for a lie.

"When would you take be leaving?" Xie Yu bade.

"Right now!" Bryan gave off the answer just as Mae popped in.

"Sorry I will call sometime later during the day. I'm leaving right now." Bryan ended the call without putting an ear to anything more.

"Are you done?" Mae smiled as she walked up to him.

"Yes, my love." Bryan smiled back as he looked all over his beauty. She had grown much bigger and sexier after leaving for the US.

"You are so beautiful." Bryan praised her as the hug clapped around him.

"Thanks, babe." Mae held onto him tightly.

"Where is Hao Ge?" Bryan asked as they walked to sit on the couch in the office, Mae on his lap.

"He said he will wait outside," Mae confirmed to him as she gazed at him. He was the most handsome, perfect and wonderful man she had ever met.

For a moment she lost herself watching him, fantasying over the dream she had with him.

"Babe." She wanted to say anything but she just didn't know what to say.

"What is it, my love?" Bryan asked once again as he pulled her closer to his breath. The love they had made them close this gap and bound the spell of silence and admiration with that of slurping noise and erotism.

This was not going to be the last. Bryan kissed her harder, sucking her lower lip as his hand found its way up her waist and onto her lemon breast, pinching her nipple till she tensed.

He felt the urge grow deep as she too played back by lifting her skirt and squatting across him, letting the plough on the field.
