The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order

Cain's eyes burned with intensity as he watched the A.I. Chip Gu reform, its body coiling around his right forearm like a living. The small, winged demonic snake exuded a deep hunger. It seemed that even after consuming millions of Gu Insect, it was not enough, and it wanted more. That hunger only made Cain smile.

He was not merely standing at the edge of restoring his Ego Eternal Path of Power. This was the precipice of ascension. Once he fully restored his Alter-Ego, the Third Realm of Cultivation would be within his reach, allowing him to take the next evolutionary step in his journey.

His breath remained steady, but his soul trembled with anticipation. If he kept consuming Gu Insect at this rate, it would be but a few months, maybe just weeks, before the Ego Eternal Path of Power is back in use.
