Chapter 77

"What do you want, Mr. George Anderson?" Mona asked, a little annoyed and maybe sad.

George smirked as he gloated inwardly. He knew his plan was already in motion. All he had to do was say it. But Mona was quite brazen to call him by his name. He would teach her a lesson as soon as he gets what he wants.

"What do I want? You know what I want, don't you?" George asked, slyly.

" If I do, would I bother asking you while seeing your face? I can't believe I call you a father all these years!" Mona spat out.

She might be a filial daughter in the past but she wasn't going to be pathetic around her father again. Mona knew where that loyalty ended her. She had learned her lesson the hard way. A lesson that taught her she had no father except friends.

If not that her good friends like Ella and Gary, she didn't know what she would have become. Would she have ended up as a prostitute or she might have died already?
