Chapter 78

Gary looked at the face of the man who just came to threaten Mona. He wondered how a father could be so cruel. Was he truly her father? But then there are worst-case scenarios out there.

Some fathers are oblivious to the emotions of their children and they become selfish. George was a typical example, if not worse.

"Mr. Anderson, are you satisfied with threatening your child?" Gary asked, disgust written on his face.

"Mr. Bryan, are you just good at sticking your nose into someone else's family issue or is there something you wish to say?" George asked back, a smirk on his face

"I have nothing to say to you other than you are a scumbag and a failure of a father," Gary said, staring at him.

"I agree I am all that. And, indeed, you don't have anything to say to me, what about Mona? You have something to say to her, don't you or would you keep lying to yourself?" George said, grinning.
