Fun night and movies

I woke up excited, I would finally have a rest day and have fun with my friends. I went to have breakfast watching television, I saw that last night there was a bank robbery and a fire in the cinema in the neighboring city, I also saw that my favorite band was going to do a benefit concert for the victims of the destruction of the cities of Ink and Mineral , but the news that caught my attention the most is that a group of heroes were preparing an event to choose new heroes to join a new team they were creating.

"Maybe it would be a good idea for me to participate," thought Zoe.

"Zoe are you spending the night at one of her friends' house tonight?" asked her mother.

"Yes, you don't remember I told you yesterday that tonight everyone was going to spend the night at our friend Roxy's house" replied Zoe.

"No, it's just that I think you'd better stay home today," my mother said.

"Why ?" asked Zoe and Joe confused.

"I think with the increase in crime it is very dangerous to leave the house," my mother said.

"Don't worry about it, it's just her wearing my watch," Joe said.

"Your watch?" asked Zoe.

"My watch has the ability to generate a force field, you can use it" said Joe handing over the watch.

"How it works?" asked Zoe.

"Just press the green button and a force field will cover your whole body, but only for 15 minutes" replied Joe.

"I'll remember that," Zoe said, leaving the house.

Zoe takes the bus and goes to Steve's house, when she was arriving she ended up seeing Ben leaving Steve's house.

"I'd better wait a bit," thought Zoe.

Steve leaves the house on his bike, picks up his cell phone and goes with Ben somewhere. Then a message from Steve appeared on my cell phone and I decided to check it out.

"Zoe better not come to my house now, I'm going out with my mom later we'll meet in the square with Ed and Liz to go to Roxy's house" read Zoe.

"What's the matter, Steve wasn't a liar he was always the most honest in our group" thought Zoe.

I decided to go back home when I suddenly heard a scream from a nearby house, as I approached the place I saw that there were two children being attacked by a huge ball with hands and legs. I thought it was strange and even made me want to kick, but I remembered that I was without my uniform and no mask to protect my identity, I decided to attack from afar, I looked to both sides and threw a ray of ice on the ground.

A very strange scene happened, the ball with legs and arms fell to the ground and exploded. The two children ran out of there and met a person I knew, it was Minerva, a girl who studied in the same class as me, I decided to leave.

That afternoon I went to Roxy's house with the group and Serena, when I saw that there were 2 superheroes coming out of her house. I thought it was cool to see those superheroes, but I decided to keep calm and focus on our night.

"So what shall we start with?" asked Ed.

"We can watch movies or play games," Jack replied.

"We have a new version of City & Heroes," said Zoe.

"I've never played," said Roxy.

"It's easy, we start by choosing a hero or villain side and then a place, the heroes have to stop and arrest the villains and the villains have to finish off the heroes. Whoever ends the other's group wins." explained Zoe.

"I want to play, this time I'm going to win" Ed said.

"I want it too," Liz said.

"Then let's play" Roxy said laughing.

We divided our group, in the group of heroes was me, Steve, Ed, Liberty and in the group of villains Liz, Jack, Roxy and Serena. We played all night and in the morning we went home tired.
