Chapter 20: A Power Unmatched

PART 1

"Help me...?"

Not for a second, not one second did I believe in him. Loki, the God who's said to be from the Higher Gods realm, he wasn't on their level but nonetheless he was from the realm of the higher gods.

A hiearchy where the head gods nested, and where they watched over everything from their realm. If I was dealing with someone in such a caliber as that, I may as well be good as dead trying to fight them.

"As I am now I stand no chance against him..."

I mumbled very silently, now unzipping my pocket for Providence to come out, she flew from the hole and out into the open noticing Loki in front of me.

"L-Loki...? So it's true, why have you come to follow us?"

Yikes, this was pretty damn bad, even Providence tone of voice sounded cautious to how she spoke around him.

"Well, well, Providence and Seth Genesis, I see that you two have been working together for some time. It seems my Father was right, Odin has said that a Prophecy Child is bound to have a Spirit working with them in their journey, however you managed to gain a Celestial rather spirit, interesting."

He talked in such a mischievous way, I still didn't really understand what his purpose here was for.

"If that's true, then Cain and Abel, what has happened to them? Have they undergone the evolution into a Hero?"

To even evolve into a hero, or prophecy child, whatever you wanna call it. One must understand what their destiny is in life, and go forward with their destiny and not deny it.

As I knew of now, only me Cain, and Abel were the only Prophecy children. A Hero was rare from what I could see, and me and my brothers were the first three.

"Has Cain and Abel underwent through their evolution? Indeed, they have. Your brothers Seth, they aren't the same brothers you once knew. As of now they're entirely different entities."

Hearing those words coming from the god of trickery... I refused to believe anything he had told me.

"I can't lie, I refuse to believe in your words, but if what you say is true, then how are they different?"

Loki snickered at me, raising his finger to touch his bottom lip... such a smug look on his feminine face before tilting it to the side.

"Cain had killed Abel, and obtained Bloody Mary the spirit, but as of now Abel's Origin is unknown. What he do now leaves us in wander, so tell me Seth, does those sound like your loving and caring brothers?"

My facial expression changed in an instant, this bastard... curse him... curse him! Curse him! He talked badly about my brothers, I knew for a fact that Cain wouldn't dare do such a thing to Abel, it just couldn't be true, Loki was tricking me. I wouldn't fall for his games.

"S-Seth..."

Providence saw my body shake in anger, my eye twitching out of nothing but bloodlust... and thus...

"Ohhhh? Ohahahahahahahaa! That's it! That's it Seth! Let it all out! Rage! Get your anger pumping through those veins!"

Loki could feel a malice emitting from me, stronger than ever before. I've never felt this way ever, my mind was crowded with anger, even Providence flew backwards from a release of Sin Energy shooting out of my body, crumbling layers of the ground underneath my feet.

"Bastard... take it back... take back what you said!!!"

I didn't wanna believe it. I knew that Cain always felt uncomfortable around Abel from how much he changed... but he wouldn't go far as to kill him!

"Take back what you said about Cain and Abel! Enough of your lies!!!"

I could see this smug bastard staring at me, he didn't care about my anger, rather I think it made him feel good?

As of now Seth started to go through an Evolution. This wasn't anything related to being a Prophecy child or Hero, this wasn't related to Providence or anything else, no. This was simply his genes, down to his very DNA, he's awakened his .

"Cmon Seth, bring it! Show me the power you hold! The power you've been born with! You've awakened it now! You awakened your Genesis!"

Seth was full of rage, he couldn't hold back anymore, his entire appearance began to change... and thus Seth remembered his backstory, down to its routes. The story of how he came to be. It all happened in a flashback awakened in his memories.

"Adam, our dear child, isn't he sweet?"

Holding a baby in her arms was Eve. Next to her was Adam, after they fused with the Mortal World, they've created their own avatars to reside on earth, inside of Universe 1.

"He is a sweet child, however will he not have a Last name? I feel it is appropriate for our child to have one."

Adam looked at his baby in Eves arms, playing with its tiny hand, a newborn in its flesh and blood.

"Genesis... our last name will be Genesis. It's only accurate, we are the first man and woman, Genesis is befitting for us, is it not my love?"

Eve looked up at Adam with a smile.

"Yes... that is fitting my love. His name will be Seth Genesis, and our next two kids will be Cain Genesis, and Abel Genesis."

Adam and Eve locked eyes, their heads leaning into one another before their lips hugged against each other gently.

"Once our Origins fused with the Mortal World, it began to sprout the life of Mortals, however for Seth, we had him from actual mating. He is our true flesh and blood in my arms. He will be the strongest of them all..."

Eve had said so in pride. Holding her child in her arms tighter than before, she would hug Seth, hearing him now cry.

"But it isn't time to keep him down in the mortal world yet, so I advise that we Seal Seth away, along with our other two children we wish to have. That way when the time comes, and destiny chooses him, he can be born at the right age, and have destiny itself unseal him with the others. During that time, they will fulfill their prophecy."

Adam closed his eyes, laying another gentle kiss upon Eves head.

"You are right my love, Yggdrasil did tell us that our children will be important in this world. They will be Prophecy Children, destined to do what they were born to do."

Eve looked at Seth, and now resting her chin upon his head.

"Yes, our babies will become historic..."

PART 3

"Waaaaa! Aaaaaahhhnn!"

A baby was crying in the woods, not one, however three of them.

800 years had passed since they last felt their mother and father, being sealed away inside of Ice.

A great Lady by the name of Aurora found these children outside the village of Etobu, they were sealed inside a block of ice that resided in a cave. Their crying could reach hundreds of meters to the village, alerting them all to come.

"Ohhh... precious child's. We've all found you precious Children! Seth, Cain, Abel. I've seen you three in my dreams for oh so very long. I knew it was true, that you will be unsealed in this age, to fulfill your prophecy!"

Lady Aurora picked one of them up, that being Seth, as she ordered the other two body guards following her to do the same for Cain and Abel.

"Come now, they must be cleaned up and fed. These young men haven't eaten in 800 years! They are old as I am! Ahahahaha!"

They've walked off with the three children of Prophecy, watching them grow. The village fed them, they babied them, they relied on them. The village of Etobu cared much for the three children.

Etobu Village knew that they were special children from Lady Aurora, and respected them well.

And now....

『GENESIS AWAKENING!』

Seth yelled at the top of his lungs, space had even distorted around him, Providence watched in awe as did Loki...

"Show me the blood of Adam and Eve! Ahahahahaha— Oh???"

Loki had stopped his talk of reverence, a slash had met with his chest, cutting vertically across.

Blood spilled from his lips as his eyes widened, for the first time in ever, the god of trickery felt close to death—

"Guh... ugh...!— What is... this power...?"

『HEAVENLY INFERNO!』

Heavenly Inferno, coming from the very realm of the Higher Gods.

The Higher Gods Realm is surrounded by a fire called the heavenly inferno, its purpose is to keep the Higher Gods realms attached together, and functioning as a source of energy for them. The Higher Gods realm exists and is unbound by the infinite higher dimensions of the Celestial world, in its own hierarchy, needing its own energy source to function.

As of now Seth had its power, through the awakening of Genesis.

"H-How did you obtain... The flames of Heaven...? The heavenly inferno...? B-Bastard... that is impossible!"

"Loki... take back what you said!!!"
