The demons of the underworld had had enough of their status, so their leader Lucifer, decides to release his son; a deadly creature named Haden, who took the body of a human on earth. He was released to disrupt the link that protected the Havens and the Earth from them. 
When the Angels of the Havens heard about this, their Superior appointed a level 3 Angel by the name of Jordan to help stop Haden and restore the balance to the link.
All hope and faith are placed on Jordan as she descends to earth to take her new form, a human by the name of Kate to stop Haden and the underworld. It becomes even more complicated for Jordan when she's hit badly with the unending drama in Kate's life. Jordan is now faced with more responsibilities.

After a very long, stressful and eventful day at work, Kate finally came back home to rest. When she did, she met up with Edelvina, the new help.

"Edelvina, you're here," She said with a smile.

"Yes lady Kate, I was so excited, I couldn't wait till 7 pm," Edelvina said while brimming with excitement.

When they got in, Kate said to her, "I can't wait for my mom to see you,"

"My princess, you're back!" Antonio said with a smile.

"Is that the Master of the house?" Edelvina asked Kate.

"No, he's not. I am the only lady of this house. Well, I and my mom. So you only listen to orders from me and her, okay?"

"Come on my princess, you didn't have to do me like that," Antonio stressed. Then he asked, "Who's that?"

"The new help. Her name's Edelvina," Kate said. Edelvina then excused them. "Where's my mom?" She asked Antonio.
