Synopsis
In the year 1900, superpower individuals started poppin up one buy one. With the appearance of powers came chaos without the slightest order. Governments didn't have a way to control the increase in superpower individuals. Until one day all government decided to come together whiles working with the superpower individuals who wanted world peace to make a world Government focus on keeping order named the Angels.
In a world where everyone has superpowers a guy name Brian was one of the only few humans without a power which earned him the resentment of everyone around him. But soon everyone will come to regret tormenting him as he, found out he has the strongest power the world shall ever see.

It wasn't too bad ,it was interesting But had miner mistakes you'll see for yourself when you read it. The person who wrote this has alot ideas and plans and so much more so he had all of that bottled up so that person is just putting all that pent up energy in one place instead of leaving suspense in my suspective
