Chapter 24: At the party

The rest of Starr's friend were personally invited by Nelson. He did some finding of course.

Jessica said: "thanks for inviting us PERSONALLY". You don't need to stress on that word' Emma replied feeling awkward. Nelson smiled warmly and said: why wouldn't I invite you?

Because you barely know us', answered Pearl. "But I know Starr', he replied". They all gave a puzzled look and decided to keep quiet. Starr will soon be here.....enjoy the party and please excuse me., he said and left.

Jessica gave a devilish smile "interesting', she said". They all turned to her demanding answers. "I think he has feelings for Starr' Jessica said". Pearl added: " I heard that the last party he told her that he liked her.

Emma brought her hand to cover her mouth.... how come I didn't hear? "They are rich you know money can do it, Jessica replied". Emma continued: but Starr and Jeff are in love.

"Yes! What about you? Pearl asked". Jessica threw her hand towards pearl which she met with hers in thin air. "Good one pearl I think this is the right place for her to be, some men are even winking at her".

Pearl laughed as she withdrew her hand from the hi five: "poor handsome men". "You don't want to get Dave angry by calling another man except from him handsome do you?, Emma's chest puffing up". Jessica attacked: " at least she has someone to make angry, who do you have?.

"You guys are soo dead. I will be sure to kill the both of you".

"The latest couple, Jessica said and they all followed her eyesight". Mia ran towards them. She almost tripped but Jack caught her "be careful my love". Sure darling, she answered. They all envelop themselves in a tight hug.

"Feels like ages, Mia said". They all pulled away from the hug. Pearl asked:"how is your love life". She receive a slap on the head from Emma "can't you ask of her well-being". Mia chuckled: "i miss this".

Any news from Starr? Jessica asked. She is looking forward to the sleepover, Mia answered.

"A little birdy told me that she's coming, said pearl". Mia asked: Nelson?". Pearl cursed "you are a witch". Mia laughed " I know' she answered". "We should decide the day of the sleepover I fucking miss you guys, said Emma".

Jessica answered: we will discuss it when Starr is here. " hmm, Mia nodded. Isn't your... never mind". Spill the beans, said pearl. "Your dates, Mia answered. On their way, Jessica answered.

Emma glared at all of them " let's just enjoy the party okay". pearl laughed: she is dateless. Emma started pretending to sob: "Mia this is how they have been teasing me since". "Then get yourself a man" she answered.

Oh no!! Mia you too...., Emma said and they all burst into laughter.

They all got their self busy because they came to early.
