The car ahead of us with Ean and Addie in it suddenly braked, pulling over quickly to a stop.  I could see Ean reach over towards Addie threw the back windshield.  “Sean, something’s wrong.”  He just nodded, pulling over and stopping behind Ean’s car, as did the three cars behind us.  I jumped out of the car, racing for Addie’s door, but it opened before I got there.  Addie stumbled out, her face was pale, and she looked like she was going to be sick for a moment before her eyes flashed red the turned gold.  A snarl curled over her lips as she turned towards the airstrip we were driving towards.
