Chapter twenty two

Like Vivienne expected, the lobby of her company was littered with reporters who held their camera in readiness for their prey's arrival.

Vivienne decided to park her car somewhere faraway, enough for her to see what was going on. A few of her employees were being questioned and none of them seemed to be giving the reporters any juicy replies. She was grateful for her Vice President, Pope. The man was doing quite a great job in her absence.

Picking up her purse, Vivienne dialled one of the bouncers' numbers to inform him about her arrival. Soon, a huge man dressed in black combat gear and cargos stepped out of the lobby. Beside him was a lady with a slight build but she looked strong enough to ward off reporters. The bouncer asked her to drive into the lot with speed. That way, she would be able to create space and get out of her car real quick before the reporters were able to block her car door.
