Chapter thirty two

"I'm sorry about all that's going on in your life right now. I just hope you are able to get back your company."

Vivienne was already comfortable with the way the topic was tilting towards her company. So, she immediately bade him goodnight after telling him a stiff thank you.

Staring down at her phone, she just hoped that Marcus delivered according to how she had planned.

Calling Gavin made her heart race. She was filled with so much anger, sorrow, betrayal and hate that she thought about sending a break up text.

She knew how irrelevant it was going to be if she just sent a text. A random text wasn't going to convey emotions but her voice would. So, she opted for calling him. No matter how his voice would remind her of the memories they had, she was going to give him a call and break-up with him before giving him a piece of her mind.

And as she dialled his number, she just hoped that he picked up.
