Faith and Future

They turned to the direction where the voice was coming from, and the figure snapped their finger at the inside of the tent, and the tent began lighting up; they finally recognized the voice.

It was a girl with a witch hat on top of her head, and her dark hair has a mixture of green,

"Oh, I see you recognized this uniform?" Rory said as she showed off her uniform, "Of course, Rory, I know that School since it is one of the best private institutes in this city." the women said.

The four heard what the woman just said made them freeze up in their place as she called out to Rory at the spot,

"Do I know you?" She asked.

"No, I think this is the first time we met." the woman said as she shrugged off the idea of them meeting before,

"Hmm, interesting….. " Rory said as she became more curious by the time they stayed here, "So are you four here to know your future?" she said.

"Ah, so your fortune teller, we would like to know our future." Auryan said, "Alright, then everyone else, go outside and wait, and the young man stays here." the witch-hat girl pointed at Auryan as she instructed the others to wait outside for their turn.

Following her, they left the tent and sat on the bench nearby the tent. After a few minutes, Auryan finally emerged from the tent with a shocked expression on her face.

She then told Rory she was following and came towards the other three at the bench.

She stood up from the bench and quickly entered the tent excitedly, like a child.

Same with auryan, it took more than thirty minutes for Rory finally done with her turn. She came right out of the tent,

"Let's leave this fortune teller is a scam; dang, why did I even have to pay first."

Rory said as she came out mad, and with her arm crossed together,

"I mean to be fair, and I also paid mine…." Auryan added.

"Maybe she told you to have bad luck or something like that?" Edward asked jokingly. However, Rory didn't want to reply and told Liam he would come next.

Like Rory, Liam leaves a canned of drinks to Edward, holds on to it, and walks and enters the inside of the tent, this time, it took Liam under five minutes to finish, and he comes out Liam with an unchanged expression.

he came over to the bench, and the three asked Liam,

"So, hmmm, Any good, bad or good fortune?" Auryan said as she wondered about Liam when he approached them with a natural expression on his face after leaving.

"It was nothing good or bad, she simply said, to keep moving forward, I guess...." Liam shrugs it off and looks over at the last person who has not received their news; Edward knows well that he's next, so he stands up, hands back Liam's drink, and steps inside.

Inside, Edward was greeted by the green-haired lady at the table waiting for him; she glanced at Edward without knowing, changing her expression.

She gestured for him to come in and take a seat; Edward nodded and sat down on a wooden chair in front of him, facing the fortune teller.

"First and foremost, Edward, can you tell me a little about yourself." The girl said as she pulled a deck of cards and began to shuffle them all together.

"How do you know my name?" He asked as he was not surprised to know that since she already guessed Rory's name at first, "like I told the others, the reason is that I just know it, that's all."

"Well, now that you know my name, what is yours?"

"I'm Chloe, aka the person who predicts your future and present." Chloe introduced herself to Edward. It was weird interacting with someone who didn't know you at. First, he felt as he cleared his throat and began to tell a little of himself.

"I see, so you are a new student who came and moved to this city last month ago, correct?"

"Yes, that's all you need to know. "
