The room suddenly turns off, and Rory's front door makes a sound as a small object is placed on her door. As the small piston pushes itself, clocking the door completely.
Another opened itself and came out Edward as he was thirsty and hungry after waking up from sleep.
The hallway was dark; he pulled out his phone and used its flashlight to walk around; as he walked downstairs, he headed in the direction where the kitchen was. He stops when he notices the light coming out from the kitchen.
A burglar? Edward thought that everyone at this hour was asleep in the middle of the night; Edward looked around to defend himself, so he picked up a nearby plastic dustpan and removed the pole from it.
As he walks toward the door, he opens a crack and peaks inside to find a figure in the kitchen as they open the fridge.
Edward moved in stealthy and silent as possible; as he was inside the kitchen, he heard the hustling sound of rummaging around the cabinets and now the fridge.
Edward came to the counter to investigate who it was, and sure enough, he was now behind the figure; he raised the poll, and as he was about to hit the so-called burglar, the figure turned around for the moment.
Edward froze as he was shocked to find Estella; she also saw edward when she turned around and was startled by his sudden appearance.
"Oh, it is just you." Edward is relieved to recognize Estella as he hides the poll behind him, "Same here. I thought some burglar came here and tried to hit me with a dustpan pole."
Estella said as she noticed Edward's back to find him holding a pole of a dustpan.
"Urk, sorry for my mistake."
"Good, you better keep that in mind; well then, what brings you here in the middle of the night." She asked when she looked up and down at him.
Edward stood straight with a plain grey shirt on and pants below him.
She describes him as a taller young boy with a face that resembles someone she knew in the past, and his light brownish hair is more delicate than her sister's.
His eyes are so yellow they shined through the moon night from the window, and it reflects a different shading like melted gold.
"I would like to ask the same since you're holding what seems to be a snack in your hand that isn't yours," Edward said as he gazes over Estella's hand, which she's holding sandwich wraps in plastic.
She stays silent for a moment and ignores Edward as she moves past her and tries to exit the kitchen with the stolen sandwich in her hand, "Oi, isn't that rude to ignore someone when talking."
"*Tch* so what if this sandwich isn't mine since it has no name written on it, its free estate life in the dormitory."
Estella as she shrugs off the idea that the sandwich belongs to some, but Edward is fully aware of who it belongs to; it was him who made the sandwich; just then, lightning roars from the outside of the rainy weather.
