2.23.1 Time to die.

Pansar's body was held up by Kairut's mandible, and it would seem that he was dead. But soon his body suddenly turned thin and melted into a smudge of rotten blood on the ground. A skill that Remira was familiar with.

But she was still surprised over how she had been fooled again, this was the same body that was with the boy since the start and hence she had treated it as real. But now, this doesn't seem to be the case.

As for Kairut, there was no hint of surprise on his face. He had known that this was a clone from the start, hence the reason why he was so uncaring about his future with Blue Lotus.

"You…" Remira said, looking at the sudden change of events before focusing on Kairut, who just turned towards her and smiled in return. "Go capture that boy, the real body will come out on its own to protect him."

His words made Remira twist her head to the side, finding that the boy had disappeared along with the clone that was on his side. Which frustrated her.
