The God of Jesters

In most commonly understood terms by mages, it was the power of human consciousness to affect reality and fate.

The fear of curse had driven countless cultures. Curses are what fuels superstitions. It's the power that the weak can utilize to fight the strong, a power of hope that wishes for someone's destruction. Or the power of karma that devours the assailant.

It's pretty bizarre if one were to think about it.

And if the Mages were to be believed, then the curses were obviously impossible to destroy.

But there were people in the know why such a description came into being. This was the mage's way of saying that they don't truly understand the truth and that others shouldn't explore this venue as well.

"Do you know what a Daugr is, Knight Wyrmwood?" Doctor Pal asked while moving the sword away from his neck.
