Volume 1 is more focused in developing the bonds between the characters while volume 2 is where the story will truly begin.

Oh and if you can't deal with an old man trapped in the body of a child (MC) and is raising other children but the children in turn, develops romantic feelings for the MC. Then this isn't for you.

But don't get this mistaken, there isn't any pedophiliac content. The MC only considers them family.... for now...? Maybe, I don't know.

Han Qiuyue's question broke the silence which made everyone to start to slowly recover from their disbelief.

Jingfei answered in an innocent and yet unsure tone. "I... just did?"

She truly didn't know how she did it.

"Hm..." Han Qiuyue looked at her for a few seconds and her junior sister did the same.

Eventually, Han Qiuyue exhaled and spoke.

Jingfei's lips blossomed into a beautiful smile as she turned to Meixiang and Zed's direction with a cheerful expression that said, 'I did it!'

Zed and Meixiang smiled, Zed giving Jingfei a wink and a thumbs up, sharing the same celebratory feelings she had.

Jingfei then happily walked to the opposite side of Zed and the others in which, where Han Qiuyue directed her to.
