Volume 1 is more focused in developing the bonds between the characters while volume 2 is where the story will truly begin.

Oh and if you can't deal with an old man trapped in the body of a child (MC) and is raising other children but the children in turn, develops romantic feelings for the MC. Then this isn't for you.

But don't get this mistaken, there isn't any pedophiliac content. The MC only considers them family.... for now...? Maybe, I don't know.

The divine treasure suffered under a continuous onslaught of strikes. Han Qiuyue dashed towards them and readied her palm.

"Tch!" She clicked her tongue with an ugly expression as she immediately went towards the closest enemy.

Sensing her approach, the enemy turned around and unhesitatingly switched their target unto her.

The enemy raised their sword and Han Qiuyue could feel that her enemy was preparing to launch a strike unto her.

And just as she thought, from within the dark mist that covered her vision, a slight glint of dark grey aura appeared and instantly arrived in front of her.

She scoffed as she smoothly dodged to the side while her palm dug unto her enemy's chest.

The enemy coughed blood as they felt their internal organs shattered.

"Puny worm." Han Qiuyue remarked with disdain.
