"Debt? What debt?"
Lola Hussey thought for a moment, then guessed, "Is it about owed money? Can't be, a debt doesn't warrant a fight, does it?"
Hiram Bailey said, "This is more severe than a debt, Lola. Stand off to the side."
Still wanting to fight?
This can't happen!
It's two against one, both my brothers are tough, Ethan Ainsley can get hurt!
Lola Hussey took action immediately, broke free from her elder brother's grip and rushed forward, shielding Ethan, "No fighting yet, we can talk things out, if it's involving money, it's no big deal."
"This isn't about money."
Egbert Bailey's hair was a bit messy, so was Ethan's. He was still in his bathrobe, but seemed mostly unaffected.
The two seemed to be evenly matched.
But Egbert knew that Ethan was holding back. If Hiram and Egbert teamed up, Ethan wouldn't stand a chance.
"Move."
Egbert said emotionlessly.
His cold gaze was fixed on Ethan, who was behind Lola.
