Coronation

"Hallelujah for the new monarch!"

"Long live the king, Timothy!" As the newly crowned king emerged from the balcony, people started chanting. Standing next to him, Savannah was beaming like a pleased mother. The servants and advisors let out a flood of tears that showed their emotions. Savannah stepped forward and raised her hand to quiet the yelling mob. People were joyful and upbeat, not realizing what was in store for them.

"It makes me happy that everyone in the Josen kingdom believes that my son is deserving of this position, I say to you. We regret to inform you that our prince." Savannah pretended to cry in front of the audience. "Prince Ezekiel expressed his gladness and blessed our son, but he had a panic attack a few days earlier and became paralyzed. We'll sup with him and the kingdom in prayer. Although the last several years have been challenging, let's hope we can overcome this together." Then, the crowd erupted in cheers of approval. "Let us create a world for magic and welcome the salgamarians." People stared at each other in confusion as they tried to understand what she had said.

"Open the gates." Savannah cried out.

With spears and swords in hand, the salgamarians began to pour in like swarms. As the barbarians approached the fortress, people began to flee in all directions in fear. T they killed everybody who stood in their way. When Timothy became anxious, he turned to his mother for the answers, but she only laughed. He attempted to ask her what was going on but was prevented from doing so by a few guardsmen.

"Fear not people, you'll all get into heaven I'll make sure." She chuckled.

With the use of their sorcery, the salgamarians captured the villagers. None other than salgamarias were the witches, the forgotten witches. They were now successful in taking over the Josen kingdom. The advisors and palace staff were alarmed and terrified, but helpless because the guards were surrounding them and mindlessly carrying out Savannah's orders. The salgamarians were provided the day-to-day reports by none other than Savannah as the concealed facts and tales came to light. She was the one who organized the entire situation, provided the arsenal, and everything else. She has always had it.

"I believe it is now time for the show." In return, the witches cheered and praised. "Send my scapegoat in." She said as she directed her words at a guard who was compelled to carry them out. He moved shakily in the direction of the entrance.

"Searching for me? Mother." Savannah jerkily turned her head to face the voice's origin. It would be an understatement to say that she was shocked when she looked at Aura standing in front of her. With her curly hair bouncing with each step she took into the castle grounds, she was dressed in an ashy gown. Coco was visible following her from behind. "Free these individuals, or you will meet your end."

"How? Who are you?" Savannah's speech came out stumbling. "What are you going to do when they can kill you in under a minute? Well, I'm glad you arrived. Who will get the honor of killing a princess?"

"I am someone who will stop you here, someone who can murder you in a flash, someone without whom no one can stand here. Savannah was unable to understand a word Aura said about being "the one who can take souls." Savannah was frightened by her appearance and how it felt like a mystery. Aura was standing tall and self-assured, and her words carried strength. Savannah could sense the power to destroy anything in her nerves. "I am soul," she said, her heart breaking at the sight of people trapped in bad spells and dead bodies on the ground. "You'll never be successful. Free these folks, I say, " but no one moved.

One of the salgamarians suddenly struggled to breathe, screamed for air, and collapsed there. Savannah's shocked expression was followed by shocked expressions on everyone's faces. The captives escaped and sought cover behind Aura. Coco pulled his sword out and prepared to battle if anyone approached them or Aura. Others in his horde were enraged upon seeing the salgamaria's lifeless body and all at once went towards Aura. Stepping forward, Coco swung his sword, striking a handful of them with one blow. However, they persisted in coming, and fighting them became challenging. Savannah shouted, taking advantage of the circumstance. "It's an order, bring her dead." The soldiers then marched to capture Aura.

"There is nothing you can do." Aura muttered as she raised her hand and made a fist, slowly squeezing the breath out of their lungs and killing all the salgamarians. Savannah, who had spent her entire life plotting to take over the world and create it for people like her mother, felt helpless. And as they were currently dying in front of her, Aura's fixed gaze prevented her from moving. As Aura grabbed their air and souls, the salgamarians battled to breathe as they began to fall to the ground one by one. All of the salgamarians instantly collapsed to the ground, dead. The troops came to a halt as the tableau unfolded in front of them. frightened of suffering the same fate.

"No." Savannah yelled as she watched as her entire life came crashing down.

All of a sudden, a wind began to blow, making it difficult for people to open their eyes. Aura was directing an enraged gaze towards Savannah with her eyes. She mistook the individual for her mother, who showered her with affection but only out of desire for retribution and dominance. But once more, it was expected to occur because of what she saw after donning the grey ring. The soul's ring. Any living thing's essential component is its soul. The essential element, without which we are all mere puppets.

"You see, there's a distinction between you and your mother. You are a witch born in a human world, whereas she was a human born in a withes world." Savannah sobbed and fell to her knees. "You'll beg for death, but it won't work. Your soul will always be a part of this body, never truly free." Aura was thanked by everyone in the audience as they all sobbed together in front of her at the deaths of their family members. Everyone who had hurled insults at Aura, even the locals, were now pleading with her for forgiveness and holding hands. "No need; let's live in harmony." She smiled as she stated.

"Guards, the king commands that you remove this woman from the castle, and I say no one will provide her with refuge." When Timothy gave the command, the guards acted quickly, grabbing Savannah by the arms and pulling her away.

"I'm grateful," Aura whispered to Coco. Aura sighed as she took a peek at the gray ring she was wearing. "I have some things to accomplish, but I'll see you on the other side." Before her, Coco bowed, and she moved in the direction of Ezekiel's chamber. Ezekiel was lying still on the bed with his eyes closed in a dark room. As she approached him, Aura sat down on the bed and gave him a gentle head rub. ""Father." She sobbed. When she finally spoke what Ezekiel had been waiting to hear for years, he had already left. "Father, I put an end to it." She embraced him while sobbing and repeatedly repeated the last words, but he didn't awaken.

"Aura." Timothy touched her shoulder with his hand. " Please, don't cry."

"Take care of the kingdom and yourself." As she stood up, she said."

"Why do you say that? Where are you going?"

"Somewhere I belong." She responded and ignored her brother's requests as she left.

Perhaps it was in her future, perhaps it was the reason she was still living. She herself was the key that Mr. Levin was alluding to. The memories of her existence and her pledge to come back, which she had long since forgotten. She realized that this country required a soul because, without a soul, no one could possibly exist. And for the land to avoid destruction, it needed a soul. Perhaps that is what brought Aura to the center of the forest. She thought back to last night's incident as she touched the gray ring.

In the dim to nonexistent light of the dungeon, Aura was studying the ring. "The soul" She muttered while wearing the ring on her ring finger; it appeared to be custom-made for her. The entire basement was bathed in a dazzling light that rendered her sightless. Her skin had no impact, but it suddenly began to burn her finger from the inside; it was scorching. And all of a sudden, her mind began to be invaded by many visions. The scenes that felt like they were from a movie, the individuals she had never met before. The circumstances that concluded the story and the explanation for her existence. She shouted as it all happened at once and became too much for her to bear. Her voice was so loud that it vibrated the entire castle. The minute her cry filled the dungeon, the on-duty guards passed out. She rolled into a ball and sobbed the entire night when it caused her to start crying.

"Princess... princess." She was awakened from her deep slumber by a voice. Harold and Coco were standing at the door while she scrunched her eyes to look at it. They smashed open the gate and sprinted for her. " Princess, we've arrived." Harold muttered as he knelt before her and reached out with quivering hands to brush against her soft skin. Coco stooped down and took her in his powerful arms"\. We...we heard you yell." As he watched Aura melt in Coco's arms, Harold stumbled. "Everyone is busy making preparations, so we don't need to waste any more time and can leave." Coco wiped Aura's tears as she withdrew. As he had promised, he pulled out a tool and used it to cut the chains, releasing Aura. Coco regarded Harold as though they were communicating through sign language. " Can you walk?" Aura attempted to raise her body, but she was too frail and it was ineffective. Coco slung her arm around his shoulder and hoisted her up in bridal manner. As she tightly held Coco, Aura's little body crumpled like a ball of paper.

Harold suppressed his feelings because saving the princess was the main goal and it wasn't the right timing. "Harold." Harold drew forward to hear Aura muttering softly. "Be with my father, the prince Ezekiel." Harold hummed in answer and took Aura's hand, giving her a soft friendly kiss on the knuckles.

She was carried to her mother's buried tomb, where no one is permitted to enter and hence where she would be protected. "Coco, wait outside for me." Coco nodded before leaving the tomb and leaving Aura there. " I had been ignoring the voice in my brain and the nightmares that were really the way for a very long time, but now I am aware of them and accept them." That's when she turned around and found her mother standing in front of her.

"I foresaw your arrival." said Diona. "My child." Aura was enfolded in her arms. The warm embrace Aura was missing. It had a cozy, familiar feeling. " I apologize, my daughter."

"No mother, I'm sorry, I couldn't come sooner and look what happened."

"Shh… You still have a lot to do, so stop crying."

"I'm not sure if..."

"I know you'll accomplish it. You can never give up since you are Alaric and Diona Josen's daughter." Aura sobbed louder as she muttered.

"Here cries a lovely rose,

so little and lovely,

with a lovely nose.

Born with love and care….

Diona began singing the same melody she used to sing and it calmed Aura as her eyes started getting heavier and she slept on her mother's lap.

She shed happy tears since the memories made her happy that it was over. It is finished. "Like the other elementals, I've come here to carry out my responsibilities with relation to this area. This land won't perish since the soul will live there." She spoke while keeping her eyes closed, and when she opened them, a tiny smile appeared on her lips. Standing in front of her, the advisor, her parents, and other people nodded warmly to her. Aura shut her eyes once again, and her body slowly changed into a breeze that resembled fog before disappearing. The unexpected light enveloped the entire landscape, giving it fresh life and soul as if it were a new chapter.
