Lying Capital

"Wow, when the boss comes to our office, we're full every day and eat well!" cried Samudera so excitedly when Abidzar appeared from behind the door accompanied by several employees who helped him bring food for those in the meeting room.

Abby just smiled a little. It was normal to receive such remarks from the Ocean, whom he considered like his own brother.

"How are you, sis?" he greeted as they shook hands and hugged for a while.

"Use to ask how everything is. People meet every day," Samudera replied, making some people chuckle lightly.

"Yeah okay. Well, please take your share!"

They then got up from their seats and immediately took their share. It was fast food from the restaurant that Abi was working on as well. Oh well, for the restaurant, it was Abi who built it himself, not a legacy from his father.

"You're not taking your share, Sis?" Abi asked the man who was also sitting next to him who was none other than Samudera.

"No ah. My portion must be bigger. My treat is finished," he said jokingly. Just to lighten the mood. Sam did like that, even though he was very happy to have seen his little brother.

Sam knows more or less how Abidzar's life has been. She tried to be a good big brother as long as she knew the man. They were close when they were still in high school. Abi is Sam's classmate.

Sam is proud of how the changes that are in Abidzar today, very proud.

"Well, you guys eat first. Fifteen minutes until we start the meeting," said Sam giving time for them to finish their food first.

Meanwhile, he will talk to Abi. Regarding anything that Abi might want to share.

"Mom, Jane said her parents are officially divorced. She looks even more gloomy," Iyya told Kalina as her beloved mother.

The two of them were currently in the living room, watching television together. His father hasn't come home from work.

"Oh yeah? Then don't you leave him alone okay? Must always be a good friend to them, especially when they are sad like now."

Iya nodded her head. He is an obedient child, although a little stubborn. But, all the advice that his parents always gave him, Iyya always carried out.

"Oh yeah, you don't have that intention to introduce the guy you always monitor on Instagram with Mamah?"

Iyya glared in surprise because Kalina mentioned that. Whereas previously they had never discussed Iyya's love story. Even when they found out that Iyya had a girlfriend in the past, they never tried to be curious.

"Ish, what are you doing, Mama? Who's the other guy? No one knows. It's been a long time since you broke up with the old one," he said, trying to avoid a topic he wouldn't be able to avoid later.

Kalina just gave him a meaningful smile. Making Iyya immediately attack him with a barrage of shame. They laughed together.

Harmonious is the relationship between Iyya and Kalina. They are like children and mothers in general, there is even a time that they even look like best friends.

Especially if there is already Santoso among them. Never mind, that twenty-year-old woman will turn into a two-year-old daughter. The spoils outweighed the children.

Indeed, that's because they always treat Iyya like a child who should not be far from their reach. It made Iyya even used to his spoiled attitude towards his parents, moreover he did not have a brother or sister. He's the only one.

"How? So when do you want to be introduced to Mamah? Is he a girlfriend or still a crush?" Kalina asked teasingly.

Iyya gave a small smile with blushing cheeks. Kalina is really good at making Iyya unable to dodge and lie again.

"Later. Later, there will be time, Mah. Who knows when I will become a boyfriend," Iyya answered shyly.

Abi walked alone in the campus lobby. Not with Dellyn like usual. Carrying his backpack, hands tucked into jeans pockets, black hoodie combined with black jeans and half jordan.

The many pairs of eyes that focused on him didn't make Abi feel inferior or maybe he didn't feel confident. Believe me, Abi has felt it since three years ago on this campus.

Even the dean had persuaded him to become a magazine model because it was not only visuals that Abidzar could provide but also achievements.

"Just be alone, handsome man. Come on!"

Abi turned slightly when the voice greeted his ears. Soon, he was back to walking normally. It felt like he was still walking alone.

"Iyya's car has a flat tire, you know. Iyya also doesn't dare to take a taxi alone, afraid of being kidnapped. Iyya's assets that can be used as collateral are many, so there must be many who want to kidnap Iyya."

"So, can Abi take Iyya home? Jane and Alula are still having their own business, Abi also doesn't seem to have anything to do, right?" Iyya looked at Abi hesitantly afraid that Abi would reject him outright.

"I'm busy!" Immediately Abi stepped his feet faster.

But, whose name is Abiyya, he doesn't give up easily. He ran to catch up with Abidzar, but unfortunately, Iyya stepped on his own shoelaces, causing him to stumble forward.

His knee was injured, but not badly. "Ow!" she moaned softly blowing her knees which were not blocked by anything because now Iyya was wearing a knee-length dress.

Abi who walks in front and hears the sound of someone falling turns around and helps Iyya to stand up. Like it or not, the people around them seem to be busy with their own business.

Uh? Either they are busy, or maybe they give Iyya a chance to get the attention of the man he's been chasing for a long time.

Abi doesn't help like other male leads who will act cool when helping the woman who falls. The way he helps is also not in gentle way. Abi wakes Iyya like he wakes a small child to get back on his feet. He put his hands on Iyya's armpits and helped him up. There's no time for Iyya to refuse, after all, Iyya really doesn't want to refuse.

"So don't be stubborn," he said, tapping Iyya's forehead lightly. Just to give lessons, nothing more.

She smirked again, rubbing her forehead with pouting lips.

"It hurts, Abi. Uh, my car is already at the repair shop, I don't dare to take a taxi myself, Abi also doesn't want to deliver, just fell, and now Abi is hitting his forehead. Come on, that's bad luck!" he grumbled deliberately to insinuate Abi, who knows he will change his mind after hearing all his complaints.

However, it is different with Abidzar. Hearing the word "damn" it felt like he wanted to curse himself. Even Iyya just called him unlucky when he was with him.

    "Okay, let's take you back!"
