Careless

Iyya entered the class himself. Janeva and Alula hadn't come yet and she didn't want to wait in the lobby. He said hotly. So, Iyya chose to go straight to class without stopping anywhere else. After all, there are morning classes so there's no time to turn around.

Exactly the class was still empty and there was only Abi alone with his laptop. The genie clinging to his body has not been seen yet. This is a big opportunity for Iya.

"Abidzar! Are you busy?" Iya deliberately sat at the table to get Abi's attention faster.

But, whose name is Abi will not immediately respond to him. Iyya must try more.

He started by touching Abi's laptop slowly, and with his eyes looking the other way, Iyya closed his laptop, interrupting Abi's work.

   "Oops! Unintentionally Abi. Sorry!"

Even a small child would have been able to read from the look on Iyya's face if what he had just done was intentional.

Not wanting to bother, Abi opened his laptop again. Hopefully what he's been doing before doesn't disappear.

Iyya snorted in annoyance because he still didn't get any response. It's very difficult to attract Abidzar's attention.

His hands began to be ignorant again by disturbing Abi's hands dancing on the keyboard. Seeing Abi who took a deep breath made Iyya smile with satisfaction in his heart.

"Sorry, Abi. Not on purpose again," said Iyya again with a face that he had set to look innocent.

"Abi, Iyya's here, you know. Another guy feels like he's standing in line to get close to Iyya. Do anything to get Iyya's attention. Why is this Abi still pretending to stay cool when Iyya is close? What do you want Abi?" Iyya snapped angrily by stomping his feet back to his feet.

Students and other students started to enter one by one. The class will start in a matter of minutes. Janeva and Alula were already in their seats watching Iyya's action which had become an ongoing drama in their class.

"Ish, Iyya doesn't like to be left alone. It's annoying being a guy. The response is a little bit tired," Iyya grumbled, turning around quickly and accidentally bumping Abi's cell phone until it fell.

Iyya who was shocked and panicked immediately tried to take it. Moreover, when he turned around, Abi's tall body immediately blocked his view.

"Sorry," squeaked little Iyya feeling guilty. This time he did not do it on purpose, let alone to the point of being completely dead and damaged in some parts of the corner.

Abi quickly took his cell phone which was above Iyya's open hands. He had seen Iyya before and saw the look of regret there.

It was not only Abi who was surprised, but everyone in the class was also immediately bustling when they heard the sound of things falling.

"I'm sorry, Abi. His cellphone is broken. Later, Iyya will replace it with a better and newest one. Promise!"

"It's not about the money. But the ethics. I forgive you this time because you didn't mean to. Next time, don't repeat the same carelessness, especially with other people. The nature of people is different," said Abi slowly and heavily. Iyya can judge if there is no tone of anger there.

It's just like an older brother scolding his younger brother for making a mistake.

Iyya adorably nodded his head even though it was unintentional and his habit. But, the men who saw it, were even made to get excited by his behavior.

    "Back there!"

Iyya obeyed and immediately turned around to his seat. Which was immediately greeted by Janeva and Alula who also panicked.

"Is it not on purpose?" asked Janeva in disbelief. Has he said that he knows Iyya inside and out?

Iyya hissed annoyed to hear that. He hit Janeva's arm hard because of the pounding feeling that was so strong because of her fear.

"Ow! It hurts." Janeva rubbed her arm which was hit by Iya.

"So, Yya, don't be silly. He just told you, not angry." Janeva nodded in agreement to Alula's words.

"Oh, you guys, I didn't mean it. I'll replace it with a new one," Iyya snapped, panicking. If he panics, he likes to be angry and not clear.

"Are you okay?" Delyn asked immediately sitting in his place after Iyya returned to his chair.

Abi only answered with a sigh and returned to focus on his laptop. Let the cell phone matter later. After all, he also rarely uses his cell phone during this time.

"Your cellphone is badly damaged? I'll take it to a service repairman and rest later," said Delyn again excitedly by himself.

"It's no problem. You can buy it later," said Abi casually.

"Yes, it's a rich person, I believe in it," Delyn squeaked angrily. Abi even laughed to himself at his words.

"What are Iyya doing anyway? It's bothering you already. What kind of grudge do you have with your child?"

Abi shrugged his shoulders because he didn't know what made Iyya so insistent on disturbing Abi's peace on campus.

"I'm focused, the lecturer will come in soon."

    ***

"That's just one," said Abi to the man who served him at the cell phone shop.

After coming from campus, Abi, accompanied by Delyn, immediately stopped by the cell phone shop to buy a new cell phone. It's impossible to just fix it because the dropped cellphone is unfit to be used again.

For years Abi used the phone and only replaced it now.

"It's cool to have a new cellphone. Don't forget to enter my number, ma'am. It's mandatory!"

"It's not a sin I didn't save your number. It's even better, I think," said Abi as he stepped out of the shop. They will go straight home not intending to stop by anywhere else. Delyn will go to Abi's house because today the man doesn't have a car, so Delyn is the driver for the day.

"Oh damn, I do have a friend."

    ***

Delyn's car had arrived in front of Abi's terrace. He deliberately put his car into the yard so it could be a little longer. Who knew Iris would offer him a meal together even if it was impossible?

Just seeing Iris's fierce face made Delyn shudder in horror. Delyn has known Abi since childhood, from elementary school. So, what happened to Abi, Delyn already knows everything.

"Mother!" Abi wanted to shake the back of Iris' hand but as usual, she flatly refused.

Delyn who intends to go straight home was forced to go down first to greet Iris. Later, if he is not greeted, he will get angry again.

   "Hello, Auntie how are you?"

"Abi, where have you been? Why is your cell phone off? I called you earlier and didn't get a reply. Are you deliberately ignoring my calls? Do you want to be your disobedient child?"

Abi was scolded, and Delyn was speechless. It's sad too.

"Mother contacted Abi? Sorry Mother, Abi's cellphone was damaged so Abi bought a new one. The number is also new, Mother. Sorry," said Abi regretfully.

"Ah, you're the only reason. Just say it's intentional."

Delyn felt bad if he had to continue to be between them.

    "Mom, I'll be right back!"

"Yeah, it's good that you're home! Keep my rice," said Iris who heard it.

"I know I like to eat."
