CHAPTER TWENTY-TWO : ARMS OF AN ANGEL

I was still worried.

As much as I know William won't kill his brother, incase worried he would make a damage all because of me and I will be feeling guilty for a very long time.

That's why, once William put me in bed and apply some ointment on my leg, I let him left the room for a few minutes before following him from behind.

My feet still hurts so I had to tip toed oh, so slowly and the journey to William's office was just so far and it made my leg hurts even more.

Once I did arrive, I stood behind the door which happens to not be shut completely. There was enough space for me to peak and I see all three of them.

Elijah stood in the middle between the office table and couch, Marcus laid on the leather couch while William leans on the side of the table.

Staring straight at Elijah who though wasn't look scared but the guilt on his face was enough to show me he did feel bad about what happen to me.

Either that or just worried about what William gonna say or do.
