Dr. Stephen ran some diagnostic tests on Athena and found out that there was nothing wrong with her brain. Her cognitive functions were normal, and her MRI was clear. Aside from not remembering her identity and her past, her brain function was perfectly fine.

He called Austin and Albert to his office to inform them of the results of his diagnosis for Athena’s condition.

“Sir, I would like to inform you that Athena Morris seems to suffer from dissociative amnesia.” Austin frowned in confusion.

“What does that mean?” He asked.

“Well, I checked her brain for any scarring or lesions, and her results came back fine, which means her memory loss is not caused by the injuries she acquired when she had her accident. She had so much traumatic experience that her brain shut down the part that held all the memories of her identity and the past.

“Is it permanent? Will her memories come back?” Albert asked curiously.
