The man quickly understood him. He clapped his hands, and immediately, two young women emerged into the throne hall through the adjoining door.
Along with them is a tray; with a bottle of drink on it. I guessed it was an alcoholic drink.
I wasn’t offended. The king can consume alcohol for all I care, but what I didn’t find funny is the fact that the two ladies are dressed in revealing dresses that make them almost naked.
"You sure have the nerves to ask me that question," King Luther said as he swigged a quantity of drink down his throat from the bottle.
"Yes, I have the nerves," I told him, speaking to him boldly. I might not have the physical strength to fight him, but I feel this strong need to stand by the prince’s side that I find difficult to resist.
"What wrong has he done to you? For God’s sake, he is your brother," I reminded him.
