TEN: AT THE CHURCH

Reese was seated quietly at the back seat in silence, she didn't even bother uttering a word. At least she was glad her mom let her take a bath before dragging her out to go visit the reverend father.

She was thankful that Ethelbert didn't spill out everything, he just spoke about the dreams and that was all.

He silently sat beside her in the car with their mom who sat in the driver's seat. Their dad had to hurry to work because it was urgent....at least it was to her advantage, though Reese knew her mom would still report her.

Shortly after, they parked in front of the large catholic church with a huge cross at the top of the building. Matilda turned round and faced Reese.

"Prevention is better sweetie, the earlier the better, let father just pray for you once more and that's all...don't be stubborn, no one's saying you're possessed because you're not."

Reese nodded in understanding and her mom gave her an encouraging smile.
