CHAPTER 44:ALLY

Mia hung up the call after a few more minutes with Hannah,she immediately packed the dress aside while making her way downstairs. She spent a long time in her room and wondered if she missed breakfast"but someone would definitely call her"she thought to herself and got down to see Lucy and Jason setting the table and it was not an everyday sight to see the two of them doing things like that .

"you are just in time big sister"Lucy said after noticing Mia who smiled at her in response.

"did you two cook?"she asked curiously while Lucy went to the kitchen probably to bring the juice.

"yes but we had a little problem deciding what to cook for breakfast and kinda made a huge mess so instead we made this"Jason explained

"something simple to eat"Mia thought to herself and looked around noticing that neither Ryan not grandpa were home

"big brother went to work and he said you shouldn't come since you need rest and grandpa left for his mansion"Jason spoke before Mia could ask

"does that mean another day off?" she was definitely going to ask him for more work tomorrow.

"let's go shopping together,so you won't feel bored"Lucy suggested and Mia didn't hesitate to nod

"after that we'll go meet big brother"she added

Shasha couldn't get a proper sleep,to her it was like she didn't get any sleep at all. The event the previous was fresh in her memory.She had been expecting Mia to be miserable because of her mum but the latter was at the party and moreover was associate with the Garcia.

According to what she knew,Ryan Garcia has never taken interest in any girl not to talk of being close to them. She saw this as a challenge but wasn't expecting that Mia would be this close with him and even kissed him at that in front of everyone.

After Ryan had left with Mia,she confirmed from people who said Mia was his girlfriend and it was confirmed when Ryan didn't even mind the kiss. It felt like the opportunity just slipped from her hand and Mia got everything in a blink of an eye.

Her eyes moved to the door she had locked to prevent her mum from coming in and she got the peace she wanted since the woman didn't come to knock her door but still she would expecting her mum soon if she doesn't come out of her room.

A few minutes later she came from her room only to find that her mum wasn't home which she found odd since the woman would come to check on her. But then she could also give Sasha the space she needed. Breakfast was served in the table. Sasha stared at the table for a while before. taking the sandwich and having a bite with her mind still on Mia .

She wasn't going to let it slide,she couldn't let Mia live in such luxury. Mia has always been nothing but someone she wished never existed even when Mia stayed with her family for a while shasha had never liked her . Taking the glass of water,she took a sip and felt satisfied .She needed to get her mind off things so without wasting any time, Sasha took her car keys and headed for her car before driving off.

She drove a long distance away from her house. She stopped in front of building and could see some body guards there. One of them,o. recognising and confirming the person she was lead her inside and was taken to another room before being left alone there. It was empty and very evident that no one was there except for her.

Sasha admired the room when she heard the door opened and in came a middle aged man who wasn't surprised by her visit at all. He was in casual clothes but one could sense that he was a powerful person.

"what brings you here?"he suddenly asked as he sat down on the couch signalling Sasha to seat at the opposite one

"I don't think I need to explain why I'm here as I am sure you know the reason"she replied

"did you change your mind?"he said

"I never refused on the first place ,I just needed to think about it" she stared at him "and you never told me he has a girlfriend"she added.

"I just found out my self,tell me how did find the news"he smirked.

Sasha felt she still has a chance to be apart of the Garcia and another opportunity was just in front of her.

"okay then do we have a deal?"

"yes"Sasha nodded in confirmation with a smile on her face .

She got up to leave and was about to open the door when she heard the man ask"do you know the name of his girlfriend?"

"Mia Albert"Sasha replied before leaving.

The man stroked his chin as he found the name rather familiar as he tried to remember where he heard it
