Ahli never thought his hobby of playing Trading Card Game would be useful for him someday. CARTA, a mysterious entity has befallen its wisdom to him, 3 months after his girlfriend went missing.

It transported him to another world and bestowed him with the CARD MAGE system, a powerful magic system using aspects of card games, that have helped to win the war against the Demon King army.

However, what purpose does his summoning are for?
Does it have any connection with his missing girlfriend?
Or does the world in need of another card mage to fight another rising threat?

As he collects the Knowledge of CARTA, so does his true mission unveiled, one by one, in this brave new world.

I planned this story before as a fanfic, but then as more elements of the story came to mind, I just knew that I had to make it an original story.
For those who like strategy battles in detail, this would be the story for you. Also, as the story progress, it will get more scenes that might be difficult for some people, so be warned.

King of the Card Mage System

It took Ahli quite an effort to escape the pursuit back in the mountain, however, he was able to lose them. As he returned to the original mountain path, he went straight to the other side of Mount Silver. His original destination.

From there it took him another 2 days and he might be in luck by then, as no pursuer was in sight, nor they ambushed him. And on the noon of the 3rd day, he finally approached his destination. The ruins of the summoning temple were clearly visible even from afar. It was quite a large structure based on the remains that were left.

The closer Ahli came to it, the more he felt the remnant of its majestic aura. It was truly a shame that it was destroyed. And he was wondering as well why it must be destroyed. Well, he understood the reason for being old to him. However…with what happened in the last battle with Joe, especially Carta's strange behavior, Ahli suspected that it might have a relation with it.
