Finalizing the registration, Future Classmates, and the Wild Agneya[9],

[Agneya POV],

I tried to focus on the fight as I bent low and ran faster, removing these distracting thoughts from my head.

The location we teleported to was large enough for me to do whatever I wanted.

So I can do close to the damage I want without worrying about accidentally hurting Tethys or getting caught in tight spaces.

Ignoring the monster whose attack Tethys blocked and focusing on the one on which I was able to land an attack, leaving her to deal with the monster herself while I deal with this one, as it would be great if one of us could finish our own opponent first before ganging up to finish the last one.

Unlike the last time, when I was able to land an attack on the monster because it had just awoken from sleep and still had some of it left, I was unable to do so this time because the other monster made me back off, allowing me to miss the opportunity to do more damage to the monster I punched.

I smiled as I looked at the monster with a part of his scale melted and still burning with flames, knowing that as long as it uses mana, half of it will be devoured and consumed by me, but with scales like that and a body like that, I don't think elemental attacks will be its strong point or even a type of attack it uses in the first place.

If this is the case, nothing else will happen besides my flames hurting and slowly damaging it.

I kicked the ground and jumped, delivering a jumping roundhouse kick to the monster's head, which did nothing but sway it a little as the monster dashed around and attacked me by swinging its tail in my direction, which I dodged by jumping again, allowing the monster tail to pass me by.

At least, that's what I thought when I saw the monster tail coming back to me in mid-air, as I could only helplessly watch it get closer to me before the tail connected, sending me in the opposite direction.

Only came to a halt when my back hit something and I was up against a wall.

But, to be honest, I would have preferred it if my back had collided with something else because this wall is so f**k***g hard.

I quickly got to my feet as I was mentally cursing, ignoring the pain as I charged back at the monster.

[Third Person POV],

As Tethys was engaged in a battle with her own foe, she was unable to concentrate on anything else, so she missed the scene of the monster striking Agneya.

"Tsk, why would you put something like this near these monsters?" She said this with a click of her tongue.

She had no idea she had already met a monster who considered most level 40 monsters to be weaklings.

Of course, she hasn't realized it yet.

Tethys immediately began her battle with the monster after blocking the monster's attack and letting Agneya deal with the other one.

She created multiple ice arrows with a flick of her wrist and shot them at the monster, who retaliated by opening its mouth and releasing hot flames.

Seeing this, she used her mana to control the arrows she shot, directing them to go around and avoid the flames, and she immediately formed an ice wall in front of her to block the flames.

Hers was the first to hit because she was the first to make an attack, but it did nothing to the monster due to its scales apart from slowly spreading the cold around the monster's body, which did little in the first place because the monster's body was large.

Around this time, the monster attack hit the ice wall, and as proof that the ice was above regular element and grade levels, the flames froze as soon as they came into contact with the ice.

It's unclear how Tethys acquired her combat skills because as soon as the flames struck the ice and froze, Tethys used her mana to transform the entire ice into a massive pole with a sharply pointed head in front of the pole and fired it at the monster.

At the same time, she shot the spear pole, the snake tail was already heading her way, with both attacks canceling each other out and creating a massive gush of wind that violently separated the two fights.

But as soon as they were able to move again, they charged at each other to continue their battle.

Meanwhile, Adrea was still trying to figure out what was wrong, as the flower on his head had grown significantly larger.
