"What is it do you wish to ask of me, Sir Zal?"
"I'd like to know directly from you. Did Tia ever leave this village when I was hibernating?"
Miss Ina lifted her head a slight bit. She knew what I was talking about right away. I dreaded the idea that Tia left the village at least once. The girl would be impossible to save. But I wanted to believe that she was, in fact, innocent.
And so, Miss Ina gave answer.
"No," she shook her head calmly, "she never left Reytett, Sir Zal."
My eyebrows lifted by themselves. "Are you certain about that?"
"Without a doubt. I swear on behalf of my name, Miss Tia never even at least once left this village during that span of time. I obliged her to train every single day to improve her statistics overall and I personally oversaw her progress."
