<p>Information of the Black Owls' activity in the city and the recent crimes happening raised our alertness to the peak. Their negotiations with Duke Verigold to start a business in the city made me curious of their true intention. Whatever clandestine plans they have, it would not be anywhere near the top of my concerns, but they were enough to make us cautious of their movements.</p>

<p>Keeping that in mind, we now headed towards a new place: the Noble District.</p>
