"Daniel, I don't think what you are doing is right, I told you that I am not here to take advantage of you or anything. I trusted you when I stepped into this house, yet you are breaking your promise by doing this."
"I just want you to tell me who you are! That's all I ask for."
"My name is Luna Grace, I don't know who you are searching for but it can't be me. I don't have any missing memories nor I knew you before meeting you that day."
"Then lets find out who you really are," he reached out the box that was in the rack behind them.
In it was another prized possession of his, another dagger he kept with him.
The sole reason behind him keeping the dagger with him was to gift it to the demon queen as it was known to be a weapon of destruction. He took it out thinking that it will have the same effect on another demon even if it is not the demon queen.
"What are you doing!? Let me go of me this instant! I have a family to take care of I can't die right now even if I wanted to."
"Where is this so-called family of yours? why are lying to me so much? I dont know why you arre doing this but I dont want you to pretend to be someone else infront of me.
Last time you came here to save me when I was trying to end myself once and for all, and I want you to do the same even now. There is no way that I am delusional or mistaking you for someone else."
He Stabbed himself lightly enough that he would survive without dieing.
He kept looking into her eyes, the feature of her that attracted him to him in the first place. He pressed his lips against her, yet keeping his eyes open looking straight into her eyes.
She couldnt dare to push him away in the fear of him getting stabbed fataly and her being accountable for his death or injury.
But to Daniel he could clearly see her eyes changing, they were glowing as they did the previous night. Even if she didnt have her memories and wasn't a demon but a human in the mortal world he knew that she was exactly the person that he met that night.
Her hands went down grabbing the dagger that he was pushing into him, she pulled it back as if it was nothing and dropped it on the floor, before another few seconds he collapsed onto floor but yet conscious.
"Lend me your phone, I don't even have the phone with me," she said bending down to him.
"There is no need to send me to the hospital, he mumbled. There are enough medicine in the drawer."
"I don't know why you are doing this, but I don't think this is appropriate. I don't want to be accountable for your death and I don't want to be in a much worse situation than what I am in right now."
"Dont worry this wound is not that serious. I collapsed because I was weak to handle it," he said as he trid to get back on his feet.
"Can you help me onto the bed and handover the medicine to me?" He asked reaching his hand out to her.
Without even thinking twice she helped him get up and placed him on the bed and adjusted his pillows for him.
"I will do this one last thing for you," she said. "I will treat your wound, but I can't continue to stay here with what just happened."
"There is also something that I would like to tell you," he said grabbing her hand.
"Later!" She said walking away to the drawer that he pointed his hand out a little moment ago.
She took everything she needed, for some reason he even had what it needed to put together a wound.
Without thinking much she headed back to him, she could clearly see that he was in pain but because of his words there was nothing she could do to him. After his sudden attitude change she feared getting close to him as she did a moment ago.
"May I lift your shirt a little? I cant treat the wound since the clothes are getting in my way."
"Go on," he said looking away for a moment trying to cope up with the pain. Whenever he hurt himself in the past it didnt hurt as much as it did now. To him previously this was only an minor injury.
She carefull moved hs shirt a little up, fortunately the wound wasnt that deep, which left her in a question why he was overreacting.
She wrapped up the wound like a professional, and stood up to head out since she was finally done treating his wound.
But just like the last time he grabbed her hand, but the difference was him pulling her onto him. He kept looking at her who was confused and scared as if she encountered a ghost.
"Don't leave yet, there is something I would like to talk to you about. I will sound like an insane person to you, but belive in me what I am about to tell you is true."
"First let me go!" she said trying to get away from him.
"No I am not letting you escape and disappear from me once again, I want you to listen to every and each one of my words while you are right by my side."
He pushed her to the other side of the bed letting her leaned onto his hand.
He started unfolding his insane yet real story to her, she kept listening to him as if he was a storyteller who was reciting a story to a child.
"There is something that I would like to make sure to you, While kissing you I could clearly see that you were the same person I met that night, to be precise the demon.
There is no way that you look just the same as her and have the same name, there is probably something going on here.
This is the last time I am telling you this, you are that demon I met the other day but I dont know why you have a complete different personality and is a real person here. That is something that I don't have an explanation but I want you to believe in my words."
"Daniel Garcia, you are insane!" She said trying to get up.
