"Breathe in, breathe out!", Hmm..., doing yoga isn't that easy!, Alexa silently said.  She's doing some flexes, twisting her leg to sort of breaking it though not then the same thing done to the other. After that, she went down and spread her hands up, thus, bent down, butt on top In a push-up position. Did five or more push-ups and laid her back on the mat (ground) and did a half positioned sit up, to improve the 'abs'. "Just so you know, my abs haven't made that pack, not yet, maybe, in two years time or so (He! He!). Alexa smiling, while imagining what it'll be like when that happens. Since she was very inspired to do the work outs to improve her health and to impress her love.
It's so sad to think I'm loving someone who is so popular and Jodie Moon, isn't someone who just love and really fall in love with an ordinary person. Yet, I know as a star she knows what she wants and always gets it.
I'm good now. After my prolonged break-up from my womanizing boyfriend of 10 years, I am just relieved we ended up as friends now, maybe so. Okay, maybe not as good friends, but we talk occasionally. Hey! Alex...what are you doing?, Shane asked, my annoying but cute sister, who kept on interrupting me while I exercise. "Stop....(Shane touching my face...)...stop it.," while I get up and position my self sitting with hands on top of my folded legs. Alex!, teach me yoga!, okay!, Shane said irritatingly. Oh!, Shane stop, I can't concentrate. Please!, Shane insisted. Okay, okay!, later!... how about now!!!. Alex tickling Shane who wanted to escape her grasp, but it was too late. Alex was already over her and Shane was giggling hard until she almost cried.  Alright, I'll stop! Ha! Ha!, How about joining me now? Shane looked at me and shook her head in tears. No!, some other time!....and ran out of the door. Haaay! I sighed. Silly girl! Sometimes I just want to bite and pinch her cute face in adoration. I love her so much! Done with yoga. Now I need to check on my emails, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Being a photographer and blogger isn't really an easy job but not as difficult as it seems either. I survive on artists, models and showbiz personalities who cater and support my work and talent. By the way, I'm Alexandra Steele, Alexa or Alex for short. We shouldn't waste it. Every day there is 24 hours and 365 days in a years that we can spend time with our love ones, do a good deed with a person and or create something magical or great for others to use, help them in their jobs, business or career, or be someone who others can depend on, a hero, friend, family, love or confidante that one can rely on in times of crisis and trials. 


We need to take the first step, the choice to make the difference in the world. I joined the academy and chose to become a defender because I know I am deserving to be a part of it and that I can help, add sparkle to the scientific advancements of the team's digital and technological aspects of life and weapons. 


Gin and Alexa decided to visit Reka at Fort Haven, both of them have been travelling the world to promote climate issues and did something to protect the earth and the people in it. Meg and Jade are busy taking care of their baby but decided to join their parents and let Carla do the job with the toddler for them. Alice and Moira were making out while skinny-deeping somewhere in Jamaica when Meg sent a message about the visit to the Virgin Island. These people are family for Reka and they are so talented and fierce that the girls might actually learn something from them. These women will help the girls in their trainings and will prevail in the feat to protect the world with the use of these youth who not only have exceptional powers but good hearts and compassionate souls. 


Alexa and Gin are already in their 50's but they still looked the same as when they were in their 30's. The genes that Alice gave Alexa when they had sex made it possible for her to stay young and invincible. Gin, on the other hand, was healed by Alexa and she instead of dying got well and had the ability to create life and grow plants, trees and flowers everywhere. 


Gin uses this ability to help cities grow trees and stop emission of fossil fuels that crate massive greenhouse gases and global warming effects by forming rainforests, bulk of trees and plants on areas highly polluted and these living objects would suck the carbon and eat them all out to produce clean air that make oxygen breathable without the deadly particles and ions of virus, bacteria and each and every sickness we know that kills and have long term effects on us and the future generations to come.


Gin and Alexa arrived at the fort and welcomed by Sara and Jim. Reka and Cara were busy preparing for the girls week 2 training and the things needed to make the obstacles and trials more interesting, fun, dangerous but classy and deadly. 


Alice, Moira, Meg and Jade took a cruise to make sure the areas that the girls will take are secured and well kept. The island might be infested by beasts or vamps that might try to hurt or kill the girls while on training. And they don't want that to happen with the world's future defenders. 


Reka and Cara were in their room near the main station of the fort where BLANKS and staff are guarding and managing everything, from the digital and social media operations to the positive promotional perspective of the girls up and coming exposure as Angel Defenders of the world. They have been so hype since the Angels are so popular now a days, that people especially that youth are waiting to see them fighting, crimes and the bad guys. These angels are D'EYE's priority at the moment since natural catastrophes and scientific negligence are the most important factors that need utmost care and emergent solution. Natural causes have been happening more frequent now around the globe with no one to stop or correct them from transpiring.
